Express Care Sumrall

I had gone to the doctor a week prior with a sinus infection. The doctor didn’t give me the correct medicine. I came to the Express Clinic, and they prescribed me the correct medicine. I feel a 100% better. The staff was friendly and got me in and out very quickly.

Highly recommend! Very convenient for being a local and avoiding the the public. My little girl was very sick. Pulled up. Receptionist was very knowledgeable took all are information. Didn't wait long for the Dr.. at all. Called within 30 Minutes with results.. Satisfied

This place is run very well. I didn’t wait very long to be seen and I received excellent care. I recommend this clinic to all my family and friends. I drive by other clinics to come to this one. Great overall experience. Whoever coordinates the show is doing a superb job!

I highly recommend this clinic for your entire family. The staff is professional and the NP's are very knowledgeable. They are great with kids, also. The drive thru lane is convenient. My whole family uses this clinic and we have always been treated respectfully and received great care.

One word: Drive-thru. Have a raging sinus infection and can’t imagine spending one moment in a waiting room? This is the place for you. My 15 minute wait was enjoyed in the comfort of my own vehicle. The thorough care was appreciated. This is the only clinic I will ever go to. If I could give another 5 stars I would.

The staff at this clinic goes above and beyond to make sure that their patients are taken care of. I originally had an issue with my prescription being called into the wrong pharmacy and they were so helpful in making sure my medications were sent to the correct location.

Such a great clinic! They offer quick, thorough service. I’ve seen two different providers and feel confident I received the best care both times!

This is the only place that we could get in the day before Thanksgiving, friendly and professional staff. Thanks. A little slow get meds called in , but it was a glitch in system. Overall happy.

If you’re in college or need an excuse of some sort, USE A DIFFERENT CLINIC. We’ve used this clinic four times now since the pandemic started with little issue each time. Even received excuses before without issue from this same facility. The last time we used them recently they was very unprofessional, tried to have my fiancé pay a copay twice, and would NOT provide her with the proper excuse for College after we sat there well over 35 minutes waiting on them to provide us with the covid test. She even explained her issue and that she cannot join lecture online from home to be counted present unless she has an excuse with instruction on it as to when she can return back to school. Again, the instructor and college asks for proper documentation that she could not provide due to this clinic denying her an excuse. I highly suggest if you’re in nursing school or college of any sort, use a different clinic! They show very little courtesy and professionalism.

It was 5:30 and I brought my young toddler in to be looked at for a possible broken finger. The receptionist barely looked at me and said “oh we took our last patient already. Sorry” she refused to actually help me and suggest somewhere else to go. Someone else had to come out and help me. Useless.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical “professional”. I will never be returning here for care.

No one will answer the phone.
