Dirk was an amazing realtor! He helped me sell my home way over asking which was also way more than what we had paid 2 years ago! He secured us with 8 offers and TONS and TONS of showings! Be prepared to be kicked out of your house for a good week because this guy will get lots of foot traffic through your home to get you the best offers!

He also took the time with us to explain each offer and all the minute details, as well as the pros/cons of each. He knew how to set us up for success when getting offers to say that we will review them after our open house so we didn't feel pressured to take the first offer that we got. His expertise in these contracts was much appreciated as he explained all of the jargon and helped "dumb it down" to a level I would understand so I felt comfortable making a decision.

Dirk was also very respectful of our situation. I am currently going through a divorce, and Dirk handled our situation well and communicated openly and honestly with us the entire time!
