Rooms To Go

We knew we needed a sofa and love seat. We called around all the big boys to see what their delivery rate was. Everyone was doing OK but with Rooms To Go we got transferred to a sales rep the amazing Christie-Anna. She answered all our questions and was so positive and had such a good personality we knew we were coming to Rooms To Go and asking for her. So we did. We showed up the next day and asked for Christie-Anna. She came out to help us even though we caught her on her lunch.

She was strictly professional, told us how to walk through the store and stayed back while we searched. No pressure at all, she took such great care of us. Can't get over how much Christie-Anna helped us. Once we were ready to buy she made it all go smoothly. Did not pressure me when I turned down the maintenance plan. We set delivery for 2 weeks so we could get rid of our old furniture.

Delivery was great. The app lets you know your place in line and is really convenient for knowing when your delivery will show up. They guys came and put it together and did an excellent job. Overall very pleased and will likely go with Rooms To Go again next time I need furniture.

My husband and I have been in need of new furniture for quite some time now. After moving into our new home, furniture was at the top of our list to buy. We had a loveseat that was from a set when we got married back in 2006, so we definitely got our money's worth. We called around to a few different places, getting prices and the feel of things before we ventured out.

They say the third time is a charm, and in this case, it was true. I found Christie-Anna! On the phone, she was amazing! We talked like we were bff's, and she was super helpful and answered every question I had. She had the most positive and energetic attitude. We went the next day and asked for her, interrupting her lunch, and she told us how to browse the store. She didn't hover over us or pressure anything on us, but she was there for any questions that we had. She helped us pick out the color that would help open our room.

When we finally narrowed down our likes from 4 to 1, she helped us with the checkout process without pushing any extra packages or add-ons.

The delivery showed up when and as expected. Get the app, and you can track your delivery. The delivery went quick and smooth.

Jason, the RTG associate, was very helpful and patient. He didn’t try to push things on me I didn’t need or want. Honestly it felt like we were friends and I’d known him for years. It was just that easy. And he laughed at my humor. I haven’t gotten my furniture yet so that’s all I can tell you about.
Oh, the end tables I wanted were discontinued but they were still out on the floor. Why?

Went in to look for living room furniture and was greeted and helped by Jason. Jason was very patient and pleasant with my family and I. Once I picked my choices he was very helpful with explaining and showing the features of them, which helped me make my decision. He also took the time to go over financial options of my different choices. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to receive it. Thanks Jason!

My experience at ,Rooms To Go , was the best furniture shopping trip I have ever had. They were knowledgeable, new and worked with me and gave me good deals! When I have saved up enough money, for my adjustable bed, I’m going back there. To my husband and I , there is no other furniture store that is worth waiting our time at. We love us some rooms to go!

Hands down, Zach was AMAZING. He started off with a smile and even grabbed a wheelchair to help me look through the store. He listened to everything I said I wanted/needed and kept it all within the budget. He turned what I thought was going to be an exhausting experience into flawlessness. I was able to get everything I needed for my new home while he stayed by our side helping direct. I left there so relieved and so thankful for him. He truly made it an enjoyable experience and I’ll forever appreciate his kindness and friendliness. I’ll definitely ask for him when we return to get some last minute items. He made it so easy. Busy day because of Anniversary Sale. Sean met us at door and greeted us. We weren’t followed around which was nice. I could shop alone and when I had my list of questions, I asked for Sean. He was great, no pressure to buy. I wanted to think about what I found. I was given Sean’s card and left the store. I loved that I wasn’t pressured to buy. Just enjoy the shopping experience and browse. BTW, I did go back later to buy a chair and coffee table. Sean was great!!!!

My wife and I visited the Rooms to go on Woodruff Road in Greenville South Carolina, we had a wonderful experience. Our sales representative Brian was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He made our visit very pleasant. I will use Rooms To Go Again!

Amazing experience! We were greeted by Adrienne who became our Sales Reps! We were shopping for a firm mattress and she took us to the perfect match. She was very attentive and efficient to our needs. We end up financing through Acceptance now who also gave us a great experience. Going to Rooms to Go made our mattress shopping experience a breeze. Please Give Mr. Richard at the Greenville store 2 months paid vacation, the area manager position and an increasing weekly raise for life. That man is what you should build every employee after. He is Respectful, patient, humble, kind, GENUINE. I truly say to you, he is your light. He alone sold me on your company. He alone is the reason we will return for our other rooms. Your product backs you but people like Mr. Richard understand, he can spot the need vs the want. He can spot something different in people that can't be taught. He can relate and confide and I almost want to send the man a Christmas card he was so real.

My family and I went to Rooms To Go looking for bedroom furniture. We were located to the Kids section because we were looking for full size beds. As we were looking around the Kids area, Nathan Maramis, introduced himself to my family and informed us that he would answer any questions we had. After we looked around and discussed some things about the beds that were on display, Nathan answered all of our questions without hesitation. My family and I ended up purchasing from Rooms To Go and was pleased of the service we received from Nathan. Nathan was very knowledgeable, respectful, and polite, and my family appreciated how the purchase process went. Because of our experience with Nathan, my family will be purchasing more furniture from Rooms To Go to complete our home decor.

We had a nice experience shopping at Rooms To Go. They have great selection of furniture in the showing room for all your needs. Knowledgeable and friendly customer service. I like the fact that they offer free delivery (drop off at your place). If you want a white glove delivery service for them to bring it inside and set everything up for you it’s about $200-300. We first checked out other furniture stores and Rooms To Go had the best pricing for the quality furniture we were looking for. We will be back!

My wife and I visited the Greenville Rooms To Go the first of February. We were looking for a couch and love seat recliner. We weren’t ready to purchase at that time. The sales associate Richard Tillis was so professional and patient so when we returned today we ask for Richard and he was the same with us this time as before. This time we purchased the couch and love seat recliner as well as the protection policy. Thank you Rooms to Go for such good prices and service. This furniture store is awesome, lots of different styles and friendly people helping. Prices seem below average and if good value. Large showroom including a kids showroom, give them a look for your home furnishings.
