The location on Good hope road in Milwaukee is my favorite location! I love all the staff, they're super awesome(shout out to the MVPs in the building, Tod and Haley), they are always helpful, kind, friendly and professional. The equipment is newer, very clean facility(always), it's a peaceful atmosphere and they play good music with variety to listen to while working out.

I was impressed with a staff member at the Good Hope Road location in Milwaukee, WI. His name is Michael W. I had came in late at night near 11pm and I had a question about my account, I walked inside with the expectation of my goal to not be completed but after I explained the situation to Michael, he offered assistance and helped troubleshoot the situation. Michael displayed the utmost patience with me, his technological skills were superb, his demeanor and attitude throughout the entire transaction was professional and friendly. I really hope Planet Fitness recognizes Michael W. as a person who takes his job seriously, he is, BY FAR, the most excellent customer service member I have met in any business format. I have no doubt that Michael W. Can and will achieve any goals he has in his professional career! Thank you Michael W. Ten out of Ten!!!

I really like the layout at Planet Fitness. The machines are all well cared for and clean. The environment is very relaxed and there are plenty of TV's to watch while working out. The variety is also excellent.

Planet Fitness provides some of the BEST workout equipment in a clean, safe environment. If weight loss or staying fit is your goal, PF is the place to achieve them.

Great atmosphere nice staff friendly location

I was given a tour by Mike. He was on point. I really like all the sayings on the walls. Very motivational and non judgmental. That was a plus. 24 hour access is the key.

Nice open space, not one of the tight PF's. Lots of natural light, lots of space between gyms. One of the best layouts I've ever seen in a Planet Fitness. Spacious locker rooms.

Love the staff . Super clean and it always smells nice ! The women’s bathroom is always super clean and i love that they make it a little warmer in the bathroom so stepping out of the shower is comfortable.

I joined here after getting a new job that is nearby. I am also a member at Lifetime Fitness in Brookfield, but I wanted to join here as well since it is on my way home after work. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep the place clean and pick up and clean up regularly. Members are also good about wiping down equipment after use.

Facility has great equipment that looks new and lots of various cardio machines, weights, free weights, and workout stations to use. Great location and you get a lot for the membership price.

No pressure during my trial to join and it was easy to sign-up and join when I was ready.

I really like it here. The staff are very welcoming and kind, it’s very clean and a nice bit of variety with the workout equipment. The music is favorable a good amount of the time too. A couple of my favorites are Jay Z and Prince and I’ve heard both in rotation in there!

This is a great gym!! Everything is clean, and there's always open equipment to work on! The equipment themselves were great! Pierre, one of the Planet Fitness Team Members, is awesome, very welcoming and very helpful too!! The best part is he works out too, and so, it is greatotication! Don't even get me started on the massage equipment.. the Black Card membership is worth it!! Me and my wife love the gym and the 'spa' as well call it! So, thank you Planet Fitness!

This gym on Good Hope is awesome. Every time I go it’s very comfortable clean & pleasant environment. Honestly one of my favorite places

I came here a few months ago and I did not join because they would not honor the price online. I signed up to a difference gym but rarely went because it was over 12 m away (1 way) also they did not have the Hydro-chairs... So I ended up coming back and joining planet fitness. I love it and its only 5 min. away...I hope they get trainers soon.🙂

I am so glad they finally put a planet fitness on the northwest side of town. I think the atmosphere is cool. They keep it clean. I love the hours and it's only 5 minutes away from my house. The staff is friendly. It gives me the chance to spend time with my daughters ❤! I love the free weights and the all the equipment that's available.

Update: Talked to upper Management she was really helpful. Planet Fitness is a Great place to workout. I haven’t seen the disrespectful employee in about two weeks now. Now they have very pleasant and respectful people working the front desk. Upper management emailed me letting me know that the held the bad employees accountable for their unprofessional behavior. I highly recommend this location. I will be changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars!

Previous Review. Worst customer service I ever received. Young lady at the front desk needs to learn how to talk to paying Customers. She acts like she owns the place. She spoke to me as though I was her little child. No respect at All! She used profanity and she called me names as though we were standing on a street corner. This is the second time I’ve seen this same young lady disrespect grown people. Her ego is out of control.

I spoke to the General Manager about it on the phone. She was no help at all. She never apologized for the employees behavior. She could clearly hear the employee still being disrespectful while she was on the phone. The General Manager was just being as rude and belittling as the the girl at the front desk. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re related somehow.

And a manager wasn’t no where on the premises. We had to call her on the telephone. She left a 17 year old new trainee to run the gym. Not good Business practice in my opinion. I knew she was a trainee because her name tag said so. Which is strange because I seen working there for at least two months.

She also wears a black mask probably to conceal her identity, because she knows she’s a rude arrogant person.

Update: My wife just went up there and got conflicting information. This whole thing started because I scanned myself in. Which the young lady said wasn’t allowed, in seriously disrespectful rude language and tone. But she just told my wife she could scan herself in. This is crazy. My wife has the whole conversation on video as proof. It seems like she likes to try to control adult grown men. Because she was sweet as Pumkin Pie to my wife.

I’ve been a loyal customer of planet fitness for 10 yrs. I’ve worked out at many different locations and I have never been disrespected like this. These employees are NOT living up to Planet Fitness high standards or Brand! So disappointing.

Love the facility. Bathrooms are very clean. That's super important to me.

This PF location is wonderful..Always clean, machines & equipment is always accessible, staff is attentive. It made switching gym homes more pleasant after the abrupt closing of Xperience Fitness.

Went to the gym today and met Lisa, new employee at PF. She was friendly, helpful, and professional; giving us excellent customer service! Thank you Lisa!

The workers were nice doing their jobs checking if there were any mess. They gym is extremely clean and when you walk in you can smell how clean the gym is. Me and my sister went in today and had a great workout. The music was really good. keeping me and my sisters hyped during our workout!
