Two of your helpers are Hunter and Jacob. They knew I was a senior citizen and didn’t shy away. Came right up and asked if I needed help. Got me just what I needed and even loaded ( dirt) in my car. It’s nice to see young men who like to work! These boys are an asset to your store.

Nice little hardware carrys most of your basics at reasonable prices. People are very friendly and helpful that's why I prefer ace over your big store..

Great selection with an ok price. Had the 3M 5200 I needed the stainless screws I needed. I looked around and they have a very good selection of items. I will go back just to look at things I was in a hurry this day. Easy to get in coming out if traffic is bad might be slow go if you need to go left. Otherwise its a great Ace Hardware...have the Green Egg ...I would love one of these

My husband and I live 4 hours away and had brought 2 gallons of the wrong paint with us for our remodel project. This prompted our first visit to Shannon’s store and it will definitely not be our last. Shannon and Terry are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Got a new Stihl weed eater in store experience was awesome unlike everywhere else I have been lately the customer service was as good as it could get answered all questions very polite came to ask if I needed help soon as they noticed me looking at the weed eaters will definitely be using Ace hardware alot more 👍

Excellent customer service. Store is stocked with all sorts of needs for home, garden lawn care. Stock is very organized not a jumble like so many places these days. Obviously care what the present and service customers

Love these smaller hardware stores that have about a little of everything you may need and more. But there is no need to walk the country mile to find what you need, lol

Fixed my Weber grill for no cost under warranty with timely service and good communication as an authorized rep when the warranty arguably wouldn’t cover the damages. Awesome!
