A very awesome man named Donta went above and beyond to help us find what we needed for my kids! He was very helpful and answered all our questions! Best costumer service I have ever had! I want to thank him!!

I haven't bought a gaming system since early 2000s and I went in inquiring about different gaming systems. Was promptly greeted by Betsy and she provided a expert level of knowledge when it came to gaming systems, games and all accessories. She even took the time to go clean again the system I was purchasing and made sure I had a great understanding of everything I was getting. Her professionalism, customer service and ability to go above and beyond was far greater than what I expected. I'm very grateful and she is a wonderful asset to the company.

Jaylen and John was a very good help with my visit today. I came in a little irritated and not only did they show professional but they also helped me and fixed the problem I had. Nothing but good things to say about both of them.

I had a bad experience with Trade It
About 3 years ago. And I refused to go back in there . Because the manager they had at the time was really ugly to me. Well after that experience me and my family refused to go back in there. But something led me back there today. And I am glad I listen to the voice that told me to go back. Because I had a great experience today. They are under new management. And the new staff was awesome. Thank you Shannon for bringing back a great experience for me while shopping in this store. TRADE IT !!

I go there 3 to 4 times a week, and it feels good because I know that I'm Not going to be over charged and they got plenty of stuff to choose from. Sales associate Ms. Kia was incredible when it comes to Game's, and helping Me with T.V.s and appliance's and I'm sure I'll be back for More Great Stuff for Me and My Boy's.

I went in there to find a good birthday present for a family friend and Kurt helped me out! He was very kind and answered all of my questions easily. Definitely asking for him next time I come in!

today was the best experience I have ever had with Trade it bought a ps4 vr headset brought it home to find out i didn't have my accessories went back to the store where I meet Jhon he gets me my accessories. I go back home to find out no charge cord a little upset I went back and Jhon saves me again by just hooking me up with a charge cord I was awe struck and very satisfied so I urge all to go and visit trade it in Goldsboro for a five star visit ask for Jhon!

Colt was a pleasure to speak to and gave me a fair price for my Xbox console. Shop was very clean and everyone was friendly.

Had a good experience here. A man named BJ in customer service helped me get my stuff traded. He was honest and efficient. Great communication and he was working extra hard since he was the only one behind the counter majority of the time. Will be back.

Tradet It store in Goldsboro is very good! The store is clean, with great customer service! John,Kim, and Joslyn are all great at their jobs! I love shopping and selling here!

I brought three boxes of numerous items to trade in. BJ was working behind the counter. It was a very tedious process due to all of the stuff I had brought in, but he was extremely patient with me and worked with me on everything. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The lady that helped us today named Kia was so nice and helpful. She is the reason for the 5 stars. I have been going to this Trade It for a while it has recently started to get better. Its ALOT more organized and has a better selection of stuff. I love the fact they have layaway it has helped us be able to get our kids iPads that we wouldn't have be able to afford otherwise.

I love the friendly atmosphere and Stephanie is by far the most helpful person there i never have any problems with any staff thier always going above and beyond to make costomers happy. Except yesterday i went to take an item back and i had an incident with an older heavyset white guy tony or fred i think is his name! he wears glasses anyway, he got upset cause i didnt want take his offer of 17$ to buy back my surround sound system i paid 40+ for the item and 2year warrenty for it only had it for a month all i wanted was 25 or 30 stor credit to make a down payment on somthing else he got an attitude with me and through the speaker wire and was just plain rude this man does not need to work in costomer service this is the 3rd incident with him being rude he talks down to other people selling things too but all in all me and my wife love this store we go there bout 3 time a week

I went here needing a Xbox 360 controller, this was the only place that not only had them but had plenty to choose from. Unfortunately something was wrong with the back piece, brought it back and Takiya was happy to swap it out. Always a great experience at trade it

I shop here on a regular basis, and have never had a bad purchase. You never know what you'll find, and I've found some great deals. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help.

Tre has been so helpful!! My mother and I have been in the store on 3 seperate occasions this week for accessories for my son's XBOX 360. He gave us all they info wr needed, suggested game ideas and did it all with a positive attitude! We will continue to go back to Trade it!
