Few weeks ago I came into the store with my grandma and we were greeted by Melissa. I am absolutely stunned by the level of customer service we received from Melissa. I always dread going into furniture stores because I never am treated like a person; only a walking dollar sign, but not this time. From the moment we walked in it was calm, comfortable and Melissa went above and beyond to keep the energy pleasant. If you get the chance to shop at this location be sure to ask for her help, you won't be let down.

Greated me at the door and took the time to listen. And took time to help me get exactly what I wanted. Great rocker recliner. Great price. And awesome customer service. I'v very much enjoyed my chair.

Our freezer went out in early 2020. We have been looking a replacement since. Due to the pandemic we couldn't find a frost free upright anywhere in Wayne county. We went yesterday by furniture fair in goldsboro to check there. They had 3 frost free uprights to choose from. Theys also had 1 manual defrost upright and some of both manual and automatic in chest freezers. We have done business with them several times over the years. You can get financing or pay in full and take it home. They have plenty of selection for all your home needs plus lawnmowers. Check them out.

Love the selection here, the staff is pretty cool, and most of the salesmen will keep good communication with you on your order.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They have lots of furnitures to choose from. This is where I got our simple bit elegant dining table with 6 chairs.

Treated very well. The store was closed while we were in there and we couldn't even tell by the way we were treated. Definitely going back again.

Will never shop in this place EVER again. Don't trust their staff, get it in writing from the store manager not, which ever person claims they're a manager.
