Pat's Body Shop & Towing

Had my Xterra rear-ended and the Insurance wanted to total it. Pat's worked with me outside of insurance; allowing me to provide good used body parts and purchased OEM parts; understanding that there would be no warrant on those parts.
So, between all of that, got the final repair down to ~40% of the original. And it looks like nothing happened! Will definitely get my repeat busines!

5/5 Best quality service and friendliest garage in town! Even washed and detailed my car for free and I only came in for a small 2x2in dent repair! PAT's Body Shop & Towing went above and beyond, were professional, and even gave me a ride to and from the rental agency! They checked all my boxes for what makes a quality business with quality people, and I will definitely be a return customer!

Very Professional Business. Took my fleet vehicle in for repair. From the time I got my quote submitted, they set up a day and time and the vehicle was completed within the specified time. They also cleaned and vacuumed it to my surprise! They did a fantastic job!

I went in for a muffler replacement coz it was torn and it was touching the ground while driving i went in to show DUSTIN( recommended by my uncle coz he said he was the best in the place). He just took one look at it and told me its not worth for a replacement ill just fix it real quick and fixed it in 10 mins also, showed him my bumper which was almost coming out he fixed the entire thing and took NOTHING from me. I was so shocked. I think this place and the people deserve a 5 star for such service and such genuine suggestions and also to be so generous to not even take money. Omg. I suggest go to DUSTIN hes the BESTTTT!!!! At service and at heart :) thanks DUSTIN i really wish i could pay you back.

Stopped in for an estimate. Was met with promptly, the paperwork provided quickly, and out the door ready to speak with the insurance company. Thanks folks!
UPDATE:
The work is done and we couldn't be happier. The body and paint look great AND it was done a week and a half early!! We had a small issue upon delivery and Pat's was receptive, stood behind their work, and committed to resolve our issue promptly after they were paid. We will most certainly do business with them again.

I LOVED my experience here. I was recommended here by a friend after an accident to have my car fixed. Called and they ordered the parts and everything and then let me know when to bring it in. It was here for about 2-3 weeks. Normally there’s a fee for holding it but because I was waiting to get paid they worked with me on a pickup day. I also dropped it off with a stain on the passenger side floor and Jason (I hope I got his name right) cleaned it up. My car looks AMAZING! It was so clean on the inside when I picked it up it felt almost new again. I’ll recommend for anybody I know to use their services! The front desk woman was amazing. So kind and very great with communication. I spoke with another gentleman who was communicating with me upon pick up of the car. Can’t say enough good things about this shop. Thank you all so much!

They did excellent work in a timely manner. They had to wait for parts to come in so that caused a delay, but otherwise everything was on schedule. When we picked up our car it looked brand new--cleaned, detailed, and shiny. Good work.

I have a 2016 red mustang that I love and they took care of my baby after my accident. They are truly the absolute best! I certainly pray that I do not have another accident. However, should it happen, I will be going back to them. As a woman, I am always skeptical of some auto repair/body shops due to fear of having someone take advantage of my ignorance as to cars. They made me feel safe and protected. The staff was so friendly, caring and fair. I am so grateful for a company that operates in that way. Blessings to them all.

I had gone to Pats because I hit a coyote and messed up my bumper. My insurance company and Dustin at Pat's were quick to service my car and help out. The process took about a week. Of course I had rental coverage so I never was without a car.
When I got the car back, I was so excited that I did not notice that the paint was a bit off. (see picture) I emailed Dustin and he responded immediately and let me know to schedule something in about a 15 days.
Fast foward to recently- I called and made an appointment for a day to come in and wait in the waiting room all day. Dustin offered me a ride home as they wanted to get the shade just right on my bumper! I was surprised at the service that they offered! They went out of their way to help me and make me feel like they genuinely cared to finish the job properly. Thank you to Pat's, Dustin and whomever worked on my vehicle behind the scenes. You guys are the best and I will come back if I ever have another accident.

Customer service is as good as it gets, the quality and quickness of their work is even better! Cannot say enough about these folks, absolutely give them a call for your next cosmetic or body related question.

Dustin and Pats will FOREVER have my business !!! My car was hit and the other insurance company tried to write it off as a total loss! Brought it into Pats for a second opinion and not only did Dustin go to bat for me, he got them to cover the repairs and them some, no total loss! And the WORK is perfect!!!! Can’t even tell it was hit!!!! I am extremely grateful and can’t wait to work with them again!

When someone rubbed a tire on the rear bumper of my Altima, I was sick after seeing the damage. I drove to Pat's Body Shop & Towing, and Tony reassured me that they could have my car looking like new again. He set everything up and the work was completed IN ONE DAY. The back bumper did indeed look like new, and the cayenne red metallic paint was a perfect match! The folks at Pat's do outstanding, quality work, and I recommend them to everyone. To top it all off, Sandra Scarlette, the owner, sent me a letter thanking me for my business. They even washed and vacuumed my car, which was an unexpected and appreciated bonus!

Pat’s does excellent work. They repaired my wife’s BMW after a deer ran into the side of her car. Looks just like new….

Pat's Body Shop is an excellent place to take your car for repair of body work.I recently backed into a mailbox and made quite a mess of my rear fender. I left the car at Pat's and it was fast and affordable which was a plus for me! Yes, I would return for any body work in the future if needed.

Pat's Body Shop, recommended by a friend, after I needed a side view mirror replaced after an icy accident in February, was amazing to me. The people were friendly and very helpful. They fixed my truck quickly and did an Awesome job. And the price was very reasonable. Yes I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a quality repair job done!

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. We had some snags with getting product which extended wait time but it was out of Pats Body Shop control. They were very concerned about the mix up and did everything to make it right! Would use them again and highly recommend.

I have used Pats in the past for autobody work, and they always do an excellent job. I brought a brand new vehicle by two months ago after I noticed some dings in it. They quickly realized that the vehicle had been damaged during transport from the factory. I would not have known this, and they could have charged me for the repair. However, they encouraged me to contact the dealership to get repairs, which I did at no cost to me. I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity of the folks at Pats and I will continue to use and recommend them.

Every time I visit Pats they always greet me with their smile and love I just got my 2018 Dodge Charger from them and I can admit they done a great job!! I have used Pat's several times in the past and had great experiences each time. This time I came in to have them evaluate repairing a dent on the door at a time when I am about to sell the car. This company is just so honest and trustworthy. They provided insight into what they would do if they were me and saved me the cost of the repair. Don't you wish every company operated like that?
