Had a great experience here getting work done on my 4Runner. Brian and his team got right to work and let me know pretty quickly what needed to be done. He had the job done the same day and I was out the door before they closed. Definitely would be back to let him and his crew work on my vehicles again and would recommend Brian and his professionalism.

The entire staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They do all my repairs and always advise future needs without any pressure. It was nice saturday planned for a long trip next day and wanted to have oil change and tire rotation done.Weekend and I knew walkin for service would be dificult but to my surprise that they said yes and delivery would be by 6.Dropped my car also got pickup-drop as courtesy from Advisor(David Stone) to my 3rd surpise My car was ready in 2 hours a very happy customer will surely recommend this one its in between wallmart and modwash…

My experience here was fantastic! They were very courteous, got me in and out quickly after I got a screw stuck in my tire and even repaired it at no charge! Waiting area was comfortable and had a nice art table to occupy my young kids while we were waiting.

We had a blown tire and had to be towed to a service center. Tow truck driver called ahead to say that we were on the way and that we were cutting it close to closing time. This location closes at 7. We pulled in at 6:48. The technician had the bay and tire ready for us. Our tire was changed and the service was courteous. The technician stayed about 15 minutes late and the customer service guy stayed about 20/25 minutes late to get us checked out. Great experience and excellent customer service.

I had one of the most relaxed trouble free automobile repair experiences on my last visit to Goodyear. The manager; Kevin, was very courteous and professional as well as knowledgable concerning my car. he took down my concerns and called me back with a complete estimate on my needed repairs and the work was done on time and the price was exactly as it was quoted. The Master Tech is awesome! He found everything that was a problem with my vehicle, and fixed them successfully. All Staff are competent, courteous, and professional. Goodyear Stores are always a great place to take your auto for repairs, and this Store has a Master Tech named Jim, who is absolutely great. Jim is also straight up, and will tell you the truth. I highly recommend this store, and Jim!

We were passing through on our way to Florida. Developed bad braking noises and needed help. Brian squeezed us in and Jim gave a very thorough report with a quick fix to what I thought was a serious problem. Back on the road quickly. Thanks guys for great service and honest assessment.

Went in to get a oil change and rotation. The sales clerk was very nice and willing to work with me since I did not make a appointment and came last second before closing. I would recommend them to friends and family.

**For the people who say they were charged more for what expected when they walked in the door: Tell then this is ALL you want, its not hard, then pay BEFORE the work is done. I know I know its a bit taboo to pay before the work is done but at least you know that's all you are paying no matter what.
If you are dumb enough to fall for a scam, you deserve to get scammed.

The guys brought my truck right in and replaced my valve stem free of charge. They even alerted me to an issue that needs to addressed. They were super nice and tried to turn down my tip!

This place is awesome. I don't trust many places or ppl in the automotive industry but this place gets my 5 star rating just like Mock Tire. Great people, fair prices and fast service. I cannot say enough good about this place.

Had a good experience here. My car was ready when promised. The employees are very polite and explain things well.

Philip Blackwood was so helpful when we had a puncture in my tire late on a Sunday afternoon. Very friendly and would recommend him anytime.
