The sales person was very cordial, informative, and knowledgeable about each of the mattresses that we were interested in! We asked him a number of questions and he knew every answer! His customer service skills were excellent! I would refer others to this business! 10 out of 10!!!

There were several options for adjustable bases and mattresses. Prices were very reasonable and James was so helpful! Only place we have bought beds in Norman over the years and have always had a great experience! Set up and haul away is at a good price as well.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to check iut a mattress my wife and I had seen online. Stephen met us and when shown what we were looking at he told us it was not in stock. He showed us comparable products and invited us to test the comfort levels by laying down on each one. After testing several and seeing what they offered to meet our needs, we found the one we liked. We set up for delivery and settled up with Stephen. All in all the experience was very low key with no pressure. We recommend anyone looking for a new mattress give this Mattress Firm store a try.

I was in the market for a new mattress, doing most of my research online and testing the ones that caught my interest. I appreciate how James and Nathan were really helpful and not pushy. I got the feeling that they were coming from a consumer perspective.They talked about the options available for my preferences as well as for financing. You wouldn’t believe how much I like the manager Steve . I had went 2 weeks past my time to try my mattress, he nor me understood how to communicate my problem. I was saying my mattress is wrong but I couldn’t tell him exactly why. He graciously said come in and let’s look at mattresses .I went in the mattress in the store is totally different, he agreed to exchange it and give me another 45 days to try that one. I got home and looked at the tag , and decided to keep mine ,it was the same exact mattress only still needed to be broke it! I created extra work and I still was treated like a customer should be- go to mattress firm in norman- you won’t regret it!
