Just had an informative and actually pleasant service call with your rep Hayden. Was a Minter customer and unfamiliar with Norman but he made sure I understood the transition. He fixed the problem, explained the maintenance agreements, service etc and left me with a great deal of confidence in your organization. Refreshing to meet a young man with goals and loyalty to his customers and his employer.

Norman Heat and Air gave me a total solution to my home heating, electric, and plumbing problems. The technicians were prompt, polite, and worked quickly. The technicians worked in teams of two to get a quick estimate and started work within 1 day. Amazing!

Will was absolutely GREAT! Professional, very courteous and knowledgeable! I am very pleased with his performance. He knew the problem and fixed it expeditiously. I will definitely call Norman Air again when the need arises!

I am a new MAX Member and couldn't be more satisfied from the very 1st call to scheduling and completing a relocation of a thermostat and flushing of my hot water tank. All of the technicians, Hayden, DB, Josh and Keith were professional, knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I had. They are all valuable staff. Dalton was great. He was clean, respectful and easy to talk to. He went over what he was going to do and what the final charges would be. He made his pitch to sell me on a maintenance plan, and I ALMOST did it because he was so nice! :-D
Norman Air does a good job of confirming your appointment and giving you the tools to know who's coming and where they are so you know how long it will be before they show up.

Will was early, very professional and made all requested repairs while updating me on his progress.
I asked about a slow-draining tub and he recommended it be snaked since the house is 30 yrs old and it had never been done before. We will schedule soon to have that done! All-in-all we were very pleased with all completed work.

Bo, our electrician and his helper, Brice, we’re on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They placed a new electrical outlet behind our gas stove so we could plug it in. Bo also checked a wall heater in our master bathroom that had quit working. It was not in good enough condition to repair so he recommended replacing it. He checked a non-working electrical outlet and light switch and repaired them as well. We will have Bo & Brice back to install the new heater once it arrives.

Will came out to our house on short notice and drained our hot water tank and removed it for some renovation work that needed to be done. He kept us updated on his progress and recommended I call the office for a f/u to reinstall our hot water tank when the renovation was completed.
Will did a great job! I highly recommend Norman plumbing, and will continue to use them for future plumbing services.

Hayden, with Norman Air, was on time, listened very well and figured out our air conditioner problem very quickly. He was tenacious and resourceful in addressing the problem, and then fixed the problems that a previous company had given up on after several visits.
Hayden was easy to talk to, as well as very friendly and personable.
The office staff were also very friendly and kept in touch with texts. They told us who was coming out and even sent a picture of Hayden. Very professional and personal!!

Alex & Princeton came out and installed our new AC unit and Furnace in a few hours. They took care of the old Furnace and AC unit, so we had nothing to worry about!

Excellent service received. Got my heater back up and running for the winter. My technician applied a reliable hot-fix to a short detected, blowing the 3amp fuse. However, their inventory showed this 3amp fuse at $130.00! I pulled out a box of 3amp automobile fuses purchased from Autozone for $6.00 from my drawer and handed him a replacement. Overall thankful for the fix and appreciative of their technicians expertise and punctuality.

They were able to come out the next day after a burst pipe and service the issue. Great technician, helpful, kind, and answered all my questions. I'm glad I called them!

As a subscriber to their membership plan, I figured I'd update this from time to time as I use new services to see if I'd still recommend. Princeton and Hayden came out last night for my routine heater maintenance and installation of the air monitoring systems. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and did a great job explaining everything they were doing. I feel a bit more at ease knowing my systems will be regularly maintained and the ability to monitor my system on my phone is a cool bonus that I'll learn a lot from.

Dan was very professional and thorough. He explained what he found and how to take care of the issues. He also helped with a warranty on a part that was installed by another company. We appreciate his help.

Excellent Customer Service and Experience! Joshua was GREAT and PERSONABLE! I was provided the necessary information and resources from the Inspection! He is Extremely knowledgeable what He Does! Joshua went above and beyond for me by taking his time by going into my bathroom plumbing sink for a small plastic cap!

I am so blessed I made the call back for the Electrician to come out to my home especially during the Christmas season! I was suggested to take safety measures and precautions for the extension cords I had outside to be removed due to the connections not being safe and up to code!

I rather be safe not sorry! I feel more confident and comfortable to do the right thing to remove the cords, etc!

Dalton came to check a leak I had in my living room and bedroom floors, under a sink and in a closet last week and he was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond and checked other things I had questions about. This is the second time I've used Norman Air and have been very satisfied with their work each time. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Dalton and Norman Air!

Hayden, the technician, was extremely thorough in his work and explanation of what he did. I would request him again when service is needed.
The staff was polite and clear on the technical and financial process.

My thermostat wasn’t working correctly, I made an appointment, and service technician from Norman Air was here quickly. He checked the system and installed a new thermostat in under an hour.

The tech that came out to my house was Will and he was a true professional. Clean cut and very polite. I've used Norman Air for several years and won't be going to anyone else. Everyone has been top notch and value customer service.

Ryan was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a thorough maintenance inspection on our aging heat/air system. He was not pushy with sales but told us some things we might look out for as our unit ages, and set up some cool alert technology around the units to notify us on our phones with reminders or issues. We’ve been customers with Norman Air for several years and have no complaints.

Colton, Wyatt, and a plumber whose name escapes me were the friendliest, hardworking guys. They answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before leaving the job. We highly recommend them.

Luke was amazing. If we have a need again I would want to request him to be our tech. He was very kind, polite and let us what he was doing. Very professional young man. You are lucky to have him as part of your team. 10/10

My grandson’s decided it was past time to remodel one of our bathtubs. They did not like the spout we had, so they decided to remove it. I guess breaking it off is a more accurate description. We called Normanair and Dalton had our tub functioning again the same day. Thanks for the professional service Dalton. It was much appreciated.
