Walmart Supercenter

August, the deli person always has a smile and is ready to assist. We like our deli meat shaved and falling apart. Most workers roll their eyes at the request and amount, she does not. August is truly an asset to her department.

Parking was easy. The store was clean. My hubby is happy I was able to find the local beer he was wanting.

I've never really had a problem at this Walmart. Of course, you'll have the occasional hiccup come up every now and then, but nothing really worth writing about. The employees have always helped me (90% of the time it was without me asking them to, which is always a plus! ), always greeted, and well stocked most times that I am there.

Love our new big Walmart. I am there about 3 times a week. There is plenty of space between each isle & the staff are friendly. Best of all… the bath rooms are CLEAN & smell good!!

There's this one door greeter who always greets us like some elf maiden. Cheesy or not, I love it. Hope you guys value your employees because they're absolutely the friendliest I've ran into in recent years.

I bought a cell phone recently, and Derek and Tavion were incredibly helpful in selecting a phone at the best price, with the best deal. They even helped me pick a case, set up the phone, and even made a phone call to make sure that the phone worked and my phone number transferred. They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and we were done within no time at all. They certainly deserve some credit for their work.

By far, my favorite Walmart within the Oklahoma City metro area. Wonderful atmosphere and the staff are helpful and courteous.

They always have everything I need, and very grateful for that.
Also I would like to commend Walmart and their Great Value cheddar cheese dip,in the chip isle,if you are missing the ragu cheddar cheese sauce,this is as close as I have found to it so far,and I have searched!!!

This was a wonderful experience. We purchased a pool and your associates Andy and Danny were extremely polite and helped us out to our car. Both men were helpful and friendly. A+

Bill in the Vision Center is awesome. Even though I’m dumb and I gave him the wrong insurance information, he sat with me and helped me figure out the mistake. Up until the power flickered. He even offered to call back for me. Let me know what issues I was having with my glasses and why, very respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I had sent in my earlier post last year and there was a recent event that has once again crystallized why Walmart is the best! This has got to do with exceptional leadership at the "Returns" Section.
I had brought a Nutribullet from the store on February 17 and also bought the 3rd party warranty. My Nutribullet stopped functioning and got jammed. Per Walmart policy listed upfront, Walmart covers the return of the item for 90 days - in my case it was a tad over this period. We started figuring out the way to get the 3rd party involved and to me, as a customer, it seemed quite a process of having to ship a "smoothie loaded🙂" Nutribullet to the 3rd party. I just expressed my concern and Ms. Dawn Mehltretter, a line supervisor, made a decision, that I had a point, and showed great leadership in deciding that Walmart "would take the hit" and gave me a refund of $32.60.
I really commend the quick capacity of Ms. Dawn and that of the backing of Walmart to give the ability to line staff to HELP so efficiently. My respect for Walmart has gone up multifold by this very special gesture!
Thank you Ms. Dawn and Walmart - you are exceptional!!

Norman Walmart Supercenter is the very best! This says it all! The products and produce cannot be beaten, the people are the very best, the store is humungous as are all Walmarts and so well kept. You get everything under the sky at this place. It was such a pleasant experience to shop at Norman Walmart Supercenter. Thanks, Baljit.

Nice clean store. Easy in, easy out

Remodeled the store recently. Little confusing now since I’m not use to it yet but the layout out looks nice and they’ve added some sections.

Visitor from Out of Town - Coming from Florida, it was immediately evident that I did not live around the corner. I found the employees to be very polite and helpful, no one "followed" me around, and when I asked for assistance in locating an item, the stock boy showed me exactly where it was with a smile. I was looking to relocate here to Norman and have to say this visit put a check in the Yes box. Beautiful OK sky picture attached.

I see these folks about 5 days a week as a customer and today I had a rather fun encounter. I bout about $100 with of stuff and my friend saw the impulse isle at $.50 and had to shop. I took a.picture of my receipt so I could leave with my Cherry Pepsi and the door greeter I see constantly turned me around because it didn't show the date. I went back and got the updated pic with date because they were still shopping but it made me realize that these folks are just doing their jobs and I felt a sense of pride for him doing it. They see me weekly, several know me my name, this guy in the chair definitely sees me regularly and didn't let anything slide. Team members like him keep our prices low due to lack of theft, so Thank You!

Needed coke. They always have it. It's a no brainer. Lol.

Nice and clean atmosphere. The cashier was very warm and friendly. Loved it.

Best store and staff in the south metro!
