Great service. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose the best shipping option for my package. The printing services were top-notch, producing high-quality results for my documents and projects. The store was well-organized, and I appreciated the convenience of their various packing supplies available for purchase. I would highly recommend it to others.

I've had a box here for a few years. Some workers know me by name also knows what car looks like and a few times have had my packages waiting for me at the front by the time I made it inside. I've only ever had a few minor issues here and they were always taken care of. I get all my packages sent here and it's great to know I don't have to worry about being home to sign for things. I just wish they were open a bit later on Saturdays but it's a non issue.

Very professional few. Ryan was especially helpful in sending a fax for me and following g up when the first attempt did not go through.

There was this UPS store that people were trashing online, but I had the best time there. The staff was seriously awesome, and they let me use their computers for free, and print stuff cheap. AND when the shipping cost was too high, they actually hooked me up with estimates from other couriers for sending heavy boxes out of state or abroad, This loyalty to customers really matters to me.

All the guys here are amazing. Ronnie has particularly been helpful with my letter size print but i am glad to know they print literally everything. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Highly recommend this ups print shop…

Convenient place to mail UPS packages as drop offs. This store provides other mailing related services for a premium charge.

As someone who has used this facility for more than 8 years i can say that no other locations takes care of us better than this store. We use pack and ship service as well as drop amazon returns here. Was particularly impressed with them during pandemic when the store didnt close for a day and continued to provide service. The workforce always seems dedicated everytime you walk in the store.

This UPS Store and their staff are absolutely amazing! I have to ship things out a few times a week and during all those trips I have been amazed to never have a problem! The staff is so kind here also, they have always helped me out to make sure my items are correctly shipped. Recently I found out they do printing also and its SUPER affordable!! I got my business cards done here and I will never go back to ordering online! Can't praise this place enough! Thanks guys!

Had a package sent to NC that was damaged in shipping. Instead of the NC UPS store taking care of the claim as they were supposed to, they shipped it back to the Norman store saying it was their responsibility. Ram filed the claim on my behalf and worked with UPS for a couple of weeks to insure I got my money back for the items and shipping cost. He and everyone I encountered at this store were incredibly friendly and professional. Have used them many times, this was only time there was an issue and they made it right! Definitely will use them again!

Quick and easy but not cheap to ship

I've rented a mailbox from this UPS Store since 1-2013 and have been very pleased with my service. There have been no stolen packages by porch-pirates now that I use my UPS address. The staff has been of tremendous help to me - they made a custom box to ship a saddle to lower my shipping rates; saved mail for 3 months while out-of-town; EVEN LOANED ME A CAR AFTER I LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MINE IN ORDER TO PICK UP EXTRA SET OF KEYS!!!! The store is in a busy location but it is convenient and I truly enjoy doing business with them.

THE UPS STORE is the best around. I have been in a bind MANY times and Roonie has helped me out very quickly. He is the most professional print shop that I have worked with in my professional career. Fast and efficient. Very hard working people here. Wearing a mask all day long and taking on a large work load. This place is always busy and the employees there really go above and beyond. This is a hard time for everyone. Be grateful for essential employees. They're doing a job many others would not or could not handle.

I have been coming to this store to pick up UPS deliveries since November shortly after our house fire. The entire staff has also been excellent and very professional. Miranda knows me by name and always says hi with a smile. This is the best UPS I have dealt with in picking up packages and sending packages.
