I love that they are still carrying plus sizes in store! Their spring styles are fabulous and I love how much selection there is in store.

I recently went to the Moore location and had an awful experience with a return, I then called customer service who told me to get a second opinion from a different location and I called the Norman store and they’ve agreed to help me and do an exchange. Alyssa was so helpful and so sweet. She recognized that the issue was not my (the customers) fault and was happy to help. This will be the location I continue to shop at from here on out!
Update: went into the store, Alyssa was on break and Lauren was very helpful with my return, she was able to issue a full refund! All the employees here were so sweet and attentive today. The man in the fitting rooms was also very helpful. I ended up buying some more things here today bc everyone was being so kind!

Nice staff working here. They had smiles on and were very pleasant to check out with. Stuff rang up at the register for the correct prices. No complaint from me for this visit. Every time I come in here it's a good time!

I had recently lost 50 lb and always knew in the past I couldn't shop at Old Navy so I gave it a try, and I loved shopping there along with very good customer service, which was very helpful to me, I will be back.

I am so impressed with my recent trip to Old Navy! I found some great deals, and the associate was very patient and helpful. I also love the Old Navy "Super Cash" program, I earned $10 back just for shopping! Nothing better than getting paid to shop!

Great selection of boys, young men's clothes. There was a 50% off sale today on jeans that was awesome. Picked up 4 pairs for youngest son for a great bargain. Good deals on jacket and shirts too.

One of my favorite places to shop while visiting Norman. This place is never a hassle. The isle are wide and easy to manuvuer through the store even at its busiest times.
