Fazoli's

My food was absolutely delicious. The service was better than I've had in 5 star dining. The young man who made my experience the best was polite, helpful, and happy to do his job. This young man did his job with a smile despite his having to walk to work due to weather.

My bro and I ate here sometime in late July 2023 and we must say the food was excellent and in large portions and the service was nice, despite that this is considered fast food. The portions can be large in fact that sometimes you should ask for a to-go box. We recommend eating here!

Great Italian food. Wide variety of choices on menu, all of them very tasty. Staff are usually very friendly, although sometimes you can tell they're probably overworked a bit, too.
Overall, it is always a good go-to fast food place for us.

Food was really good and the service was great. Their $6 lunch deal is a wonderful deal. We had dinner there and loved the special, 4 cheese stuffed shells.
Everyone working was nice and helpful.

Never going to Olive Garden again. My first time there in almost 40 years of life. Not only was food amazing, but the woman taking our order, etc. Named began with a Z, made the experience even better. Definitely a new favorite.

We've been to several Fazoli's around the country and I've never seen one as well-run as this one. The staff were exceptionally friendly & attentive, the food presentation was perfect, the food was delicious and hot, ample bread sticks were given, and the restaurant was squeaky clean. However, the best part was the morale and esprit de corps was incredible. You could tell that they all genuinely enjoy working together. It was really busy and I'm sure they were stressed, but you couldn't tell. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be back!

we ordered with Rachael and she was amazing! super helpful. very nice. she had no problem answering our questions. the food was the best I've ever had from fazoli's. it was all around a good experience.

They have made a major improvement in service and food since we were here 3 years ago.Keely B took great care of us. It felt like eating at a diner and not just fast food. Deborah Pike was the manager and has a great mindset.

We always have a wonderful experience at this location. All of the employees are courteous and willing to assist the guests in any way. This evening I was taken care of by Grayson, who was extremely courteous. With all of the people that leave negative comments, let's comment on the good.

Always pleasant employees. Actually saw a manager on the floor this time. Food came out hot and tasted great. Out of root beer which they fixed. Getting in and out of parking can be a bit challenging sometimes.

The food is really good and I always get their cheesecake. The employees are great and Cadie is the best.She is so nice, she goes above and beyond for every customer . Fazoli’s should be proud to have an employee like her.

I want to say this has been the best food and service me and my wife have had I a very long time. Please take the time and stop in and eat

We have been eating out alot lately while traveling from Florida to Minnesota and now back to Florida. This is by far the best food we've had. Compared to Chinese food, Cracker Barrell, Long John Silvers, and many others. Keep up the good work We love your food! Will definitely recommend!

My large to go order was ready on time. They were so helpful to carry it to my car for me. Delicious food! Love Love Love the breadsticks.

That new pizza bowl Is downright the best dish the chain ever served. Good googly moogly.... I ordered one, took a bite and turned a loop around and got in the drive thru immediately for my second one. SMASHED BOTH OF THEM TIL THEY WERE GONE BYE BYE. ILL BE BACK.

It is always a pleasant visit. The staff are the best! Always smiling and very respectful. The food is hands down the best! Their loaded baked spaghetti is always on point; can't forget the breadsticks! Their so freaking delicious 😋

Cadie & Ashley treated me like a queen even though I only ordered breadsticks. They were the freshest breadsticks I’ve ever had from Fazolis. Keep up the good work girls!!!

Endless breadsticks it's so good!! The Mac and cheese is delicious in my personal opinion the garlic boneless chicken is to die for. THE SERVICE IS AMAZING.

Was on our way home from Sevierville. Had a hankering for Italian. This really hit the spot. Will be back...
