Koto Japanese Sushi & Steak House

My favorite sushi go-to locally. Beautiful and clean dining room with very friendly and attentive wait staff. Prices are standard and not over the top. Great value for the quality.
Even my 8 year old daughter begs to eat here every weekend.
I'm so glad it's stayed for the past few years and hope it's here for a very long time.

Very nice place to eat! Service was great, and the food was really good. I would have given 5 🌟, but my noodles and rice were barely warm. I didn't complain and I just mixed it in with my hot food. Overall, I would recommend this place. The spicy tuna roll was delicious!

Absolutely fantastic. The food, the service. The sushi. Fresh and delicious. The Hamachi Sashimi is wonderful. Followed by the Las Vegas roll, Volcano, and Caterpillar.

Easily my favorite sushi restaurant in the area! Koto has delicious, fresh offerings. Their fish is the freshest I've tasted in the area, and they go above and beyond with every dish. I actually wish I didn't love their sushi so much, because the rest of the menu looks just as delightful, but I can't stop myself from ordering sushi every time I go.

The a la carte sushi in particular is served with large, gorgeous, fresh slices of fish. The Christmas roll has been my favorite recently, but it's hard to choose! They also make amazing Thai iced tea and have a few boba teas to choose from, as well!

Do yourself a favor and try this place. It's delightful.

Excellent spot for authentic Japanese cuisine, hibachi 🥩 steak, 🐔 chicken, 🍆🥒 vegetables, and more. They also have delicious, rice, 🍜🍝 noodles and 🍣 sushi rolls. The staff are super friendly and they are never too busy to seat you.

They also have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿 parking, seating and 🚻 restrooms.

Koto has some of the best sushi nearby. I haven’t had a roll I didn’t like and I eat here (or order online) almost weekly. The garlic noodles are amazing. The yellowtail jalapeño appetizer try it! The salmon hibachi is so good. Fantasy, Kiss of Fire, Se*y Boy, and Las Vegas roll (not fried) are some of my favorites.

Online ordering does have a markup on each item and can get expensive fast. I will always recommend fried green tea ice cream for dessert! The Thai iced tea is delicious too. Service is usually quick and I’ve never had an incorrect order.

The fried rice had a few carrots and peas mixed in with it and it was extremely fluffy and tasty not clumped together like a lot of other places.
I ordered the Hibachi Steak and it came with stir-fried veggies such just carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli and onions. It was all extremely tasty.
I would definitely recommend this to people who are in Clemmons looking for a great place to eat.

Always a very nice place to eat! The staff are always so nice and the sushi is pretty good! I highly recommend the lunch sushi special if you're interested in trying new rolls!

The service is wonderful. The staff is extremely attentive! Especially our server, Ryan. We came during lunch and he was very very busy but no one in the room waited plus he has a great sense of humor. Go check him out.The food is so wonderful and fresh. ALL vegetables are fresh and cut daily. Sushi bar looks and smells so fragrant and fresh. The food was seasoned perfect for my taste as well as my buddy's. The entire restaurant has simple yet elegant decor, not to busy. I was a very relaxing atmosphere. The music was really chill, stuff you know, nothing awkward.

Koto may be my favorite place in Clemmons to eat. The food is incredible, the staff are so friendly, and the dining area is always immaculate. Its hidden inside the Walmart Market shopping center near Clemmons Kitchen so its easy to pass by without much thought. Anyone looking for beautifully plated Sushi or Japanese Cuisine owes it to themselves to try to place soon. The staff are very attentive and kind, the food looks like a work of art, and all of the dishes explode with flavor. I will be a supporter of these guys as long as they stick around.

This place in clemmons serves some really good rolls and sushi.
I like their Thai Iced Tea and Bubble Teas as well.
The service is quick and is priced fair.
They have a bunch of options that they offer, you can select from.

Some of the best 🍣 in the Winston-Clemmons area. The sushi sashimi combo is a great deal. The new bento boxes are also a great deal.

Excellent sushi! We got the firecracker roll (left) and the Pikachu roll. The dinning area is nicer than most places but not quite up there with the high end places in Winston. The taste is the best in the area though. $11 for these fancy rolls was very reasonable.

Got the sushi boat for 2 and the Godzilla roll, very good and reasonably priced. Also had the calamari it was over cooked and like rubber unfortunately, but 100% satisfied full and happy!

The glassware was crystal clear and spot free. The food here is amazing too! We'll eat here again soon.

Fantastic sushi place. I’ve tried mostly every sushi place in the Winston/Clemmons area and this one continues to deliver high quality and fresh sushi every time I’ve been. Great selection of both cooked and raw sushi. Highly recommend the spicy tuna roll, eel roll, and pretty much any specialty roll.

My friend reported to me their protein and rice dishes are also very solid, though I’d have to try myself.

Bathrooms are clean and service is great.

Very delicious food and great service. Can’t wait to return. We loved the chicken yakisoba, chicken tempura, sushi and soba soup.

This is one of our go-to restaurants when we need comfort food. I love the miso soup, and the sushi for 2 is a favorite of my family members. There is a fantasy roll that I recently discovered that is absolutely delicious. Overall, we have been several dozen times in the last year or so, and I do not believe we are slowing down. I recommend giving this restaurant a try soon.
