Being my age many don't really think about preparing for death. Even with life insurance you don't think about spaces running out.

My grandmother before passing bought plots for us, so I decided to go ahead and buy for my kids so we have it if we need it.

The people at Piedmont Memorial are amazing. Mrs. Carolynn was wonderful, she is so sweet and made it less awkward feeling for me. She was very reassuring and knowledgeable. She answered all questions that I have.

I am at peace knowing my family, parents, siblings, husband and now my kids have nothing to worry about.

Death is always hard to deal with but one thing that Ms. Carolyn with Piedmont Memorial Gardens did was provide excellent and exceptional service to myself and our family. The process was absolutely amazing!

Affordable, caring, considerate, helpful, and understanding

The folks at Piedmont Memorial Gardens are very kind and helpful. I appreciate all of their help and support during this time.

Previous manager told me my family had a extra plot. Now 12 years later being told their was never a plot. Not sure how someone calls you to come into office to discuss plot that was never available.

We had an 11:00 appointment with these people and had to sit an hour to wait before I got up and spoke with someone to else to serve us. The opening and closing costs $1095 and I got push back on getting a 10% reduction for wasting an hour of my time for something that would have taken 15 minutes. I encouraged Virginia to make a call to get a reduction in the fee being charged for making me wait an hour even though I had an appointment. I got a $50 reduction, but I should not have had to fight for it after wasting an hour of my time. Piedmont you need to cross train...today!
