Pretty good experience, I’m a new patient to Dr Shepherd here in NC. Moved here in October. Looking to establish a Dr locally here. Nice facility, 5 min wait past appt time Dr Shepherd was timely, thorough and asked a lot of pertinent questions. It seemed like she cared. She explained things well. Going back in 3 mos for a physical. Got most test results and directives on med changes same day which was nice.

Terrible secretaries messed up my appointments and then lied to the office manager now I have no doctor and have severe medical conditions will be talking to a lawyer do not go here
