Frisco Rod & Gun

We stopped here to air up after beach driving and refresh ourselves. Wasn’t sure what to expect here. The air pump was fast and in a great spot. The restrooms were spacious and immaculate! Plenty of snack choices and I’ve never seen such a wall of Yetis in a gas station before. Employees were very nice as well. Definitely would stop here again.

We went there for mullet at 5:45 they were open. Found put we needed permit to drive on beach. Didn't know this. The man behind the counter was awesome , he took the time to walk me through the process it helped me immensely. We are so grateful for his help. We didn't catch anything but it was wonderful experience because of him.

I was in the area for a Veterans Offshore fishing outing and Frisco Rod &Gun donated alot of really good and necessary items for the Veteran participants! Thank you so much to them for the support of our Warriors! Many of us went to the store and spent our money there in appreciation. Prices were excellent also.

Best place to grab some ice before jumping on the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a tire inflation station for when you need to air your tires back up before heading home.

Good selection of drinks and supplies. Half general store have hunt/fishing supply store. Across from 4×4 beach access. Free air for filling up tires.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If you need something for fishing and you can't find it here then you'll never find it.

These folks have your back so much that when I left my driver’s license there from buying a 10 day fishing license they mailed it to me 6 states away ! I’ll never go anywhere else when I’m in the OBX.

Very nice tackle shop. They have a very large selection of fishing rods and reels to choose from. Also a large selection of tackle. Bait is self serve on the porch. Get a baggie and get what you need. Take it inside and they'll weigh it up for you. Very friendly service 👍

Great supermarket style gas station for forgotten items. They have bread, canned food, ceral, beer, charcoal, lighter fluid, ice, medicine, shampoo, and a ton of other stuff! The prices are decent and the employees are friendly.

Needed a tent unexpectedly on the fly, and the young man from the Rod & Gun side walked me over to the market side to show me what they had in stock. Both he and the lady behind the counter were very kind and helpful. Very much appreciated the fantastic service. Thank you!
