Dr. Korang has been my primary physician for several years giving me remarkable care and diagnosis. He is very analytic regarding my illness and symptoms since my first visit. he was my accurate clinic advisor to my several successful surgeries. Actually I am trying to reverse my diabetes with his immense compassion and support. I realized my captioned condition is improved due to his treatment.
Otherwise I would like to recognize the capable activity from nurses and staff around Dr. Korang is an A Plus professional team . I am deeply grateful to all of them !

Everyone in the office is very friendly, cordial and also attentive to the patients' needs. We totally recommend Doctor Korang's office, they are very professional and efficient. They are the best, I am glad to have returned to be served by them After one year because the insurance change the provider.

Stephanie Zafra was awesome, she went above and beyond to help me pursue treatment for an issue I’d been having. It was my first visit with her, and she was informed, a great listener, helpful and kind. I’ll definitely come back to see her. I have a chronic illness where I have at least one appt every other week, it’s rare to find such a good provider. she made me feel heard and cared for! Thank you.

Dr Korang, provided the highest level of patient care, I've received in a long time. His team was a joy to work with and I finally felt a patient in good hands. My primary physician retired in December of 2022, his replacement was the worst physician I've experienced since my pedestrian physician failed to access my hip issues as a youth.

Dr Korang is a caring and interested doctor. He listens carefully, provides information, gives options for treatment so that the patient can make an informed decision. He utilizes effective methods of communication to ensure the patients needs are met. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. The office is well run and all the staff are friendly.

Very pleased with the medical care I receive from Dr. Korang. He is supportive, caring, listens to your concerns and answers all questions. He is thorough and knowledgeable. Melissa at the front desk has always been responsive in helping get messages to Dr. Korang - never a gate keeper who kept me from getting to him. I feel confident in the medical care I am receiving from Dr. Korang. I think he's great!

The staff and doctor is very nice and professional. My father in-law started going here after I seen how the doctor was getting his health in order. So I started going and everything been going great.

Dr Korang responds thoughtfully to concerns. Conscientious, well-informed, genuinely caring physician. Melissa at the front desk is cheerfully helpful. The nurse is very kind. Great office.

If you need a good doctor's office to go to, this is your place! Melissa is very sweet and helpful! Brenda who is the nurse engages with you and is very attentive to the issues you present. Dr. Korang is hands down the best PCP i've had! He will grill you about being overweight which will make you want to pull your hair out lol, but he is VERY thorough and even notices things you didn't go in there for lol! I would hands down recommend this practice to anyone.

I became a patient of Dr. Victor Korang’s in June 2020, after having an unpleasant experience at a different Novant practice. After the negative experience elsewhere, I went on my health insurance website and looked for a provider in my area that was close to my home and accepting new patients. Lucky for me, I found Novant Health Pfafftown Family Medicine! The entire staff in this office is warm and welcoming. It is a smaller office, so the staff has a chance to become more familiar with you and what your health needs are. I have found that whether it is an in-person visit or video visit, Dr. Korang is always very thorough in his questioning to make sure he understands my health complaint, then he briefly walks me through his reasons for deciding on a particular course of treatment. As a patient, I really appreciate this communicative approach. I am thankful to have found a doctor and medical team that truly cares about my wellbeing. I highly recommend this medical practice. When you go by, tell them Kindra sent ya!

Extremely informative and detailed regarding my past and present medical issues. One visit with Dr. Korang provided me more information about my body and lipid panel levels than 6 years at my previous provider ( The Salem Center). My current health issue could have possibly been detoured if I was provided a detailed explanation and preventions.

The Office, the nurses and Dr. Korang have been wonderful to me. I've been through a lot in the last 4 yrs and they have been so understanding and caring. I recently had to move and am just sick that I have to find another Dr. Miss you all.
