Good experience both times we have been here. The price is right for being in a city and taste good. The scallops were good (maybe could use a touch more seasoning) but worth it and the Veto pasta was awesome. The drinks are on point and gelato is always a good desert. Keep it up!

Went for lunch with my Italian wife and mother in-law and they both loved it. The service was great the food was exquisite. The gelato was outstanding. Can't wait to try their pizza it looks fantastic.

Great food and AMAZING gelato!! This is a local family owned restaurant that has been totally remodeled! Their attention to detail is incredible! They make all of the food from scratch! Their all new menu has amazing food for everyone! You will not be disappointed going here!! They have some awesome appetizers, like stuffed mushrooms and fried orzo balls!! And to top it off, you will never have better Gelato!!

Stopped in for lunch after a fun time at the Greenville Zoo. They had upscale lunch food in a comfortable atmosphere. The zucchini sticks, and meatball panini were excellent!! Of course, we had gelato as well and I’m still thinking about how delicious it was. In my group, we tried the pistachio, strawberry shortcake, and birthday cake flavors and all were fantastic!!

A coworker and I went to Greenville for the day (we are from Columbia, SC). Luna Rosa was one of the places highly recommended for us to visit. When we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by a young man whose personality was the best. There were 2 large cooler cases of gelato to choose from. The gelato was a sight to behold - mounds of beautifully swirled gelato, waiting, for us to decide which flavor we wanted. It was hard to choose, they all sounded wonderful! My friend chose vanilla almond and I got dark chocolate brownie. It wasn't a chewy brownie, but more of a crispy brownie cookie. Taste and texture was excellent!! Reminded me of the gelato we got while in Rome, Italy. Price was decent, and the "one scoop" was generous. Highly recommend.

Amazing food. Try the lasagna, it's absolutely delicious. I got the Manhattan pizza, it was great. Don't leave without a scoop of Gelato! Service was great. We were seared swiftly, made aware of the soup of the day. The staff was friendly and kind.

Such an amazing experience here! The cocktails are top notch, and you can mix any Gelato into a cocktail! The bartenders are extremely helpful with recommendations and will even customize a drink for you based on your Gelato choice. Lauren is one of the sweetest people ive ever met and made me feel so at home! So glad we stopped by here!!

Best gelato ever. It's soft and delicious. The place is nice, it's downtown in Greenville, SC. I went one time, but when I will come back to Greenville, sure I will be eating a gelato.

The only word that I know to describe this is DELICIOUS!!!!! Ferrero and strawberry vailla were my 2 favorites. I extremely recommend this place.

Is not extremely sweet and the flavors are suuper good and something that I noticed is that they change from one day to another they had different options so you don't get bored 😜

What an amazing experience!!! I walked in randomly and immediately felt like part of the family. I sat at the bar, met a fabulous couple who are regulars, chatted for a few hours and they bought my lunch out of the kindness of the hearts. The food was authentic Italian and the gelato was superb. I highly recommend this restaurant for a true Italian-American experience and amazing Italian food. Thanks for a great lunch and friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to send friends to Luna Rosa!

I stopped in here twice for gelato while visiting Greenville. The gelato is dreamy. My favorite combo is the Peanut Royale and Chocolate Velvet. So delicious! Nice staff also. You pay and then pick your flavors. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Best gelato in the upstate! Every flavor is deliciously decadent and creatively unique! Definitely worth stopping in if your craving a sweet treat!

My husband and I were visiting Greenville and were looking for a place for dinner after walking around most of the afternoon. We saw the sign for Luna Rosa and saw that you literally walked through the gelato shop to get to it. We looked at each other, shrugged, and decided to check it out. We didn’t have a reservation and they were booked solid for the night, but were invited to sit at the bar if we wanted to. The next couple of hours were among the most amazing we’ve ever had dining out!

The bar seated 8 people in a fairly small space, and we were initially the only ones there. Soon others joined us at the bar, and we were all chatting and laughing like old friends.

The service was incredible, even with the AC being out and the staff being incredibly uncomfortable due to how much they were rushing around. The temp was fine for us, but we knew the service team members were hot. Regardless, we had practically a perfect meal.

The cocktails are AMAZING and watching the team make them is like watching an artist. The “Caprese Me Crazy” may be the best cocktail I’ve EVER had. My husband and I each had three different drinks over the couple of hours that we were there, and every single one was fabulous.

The food was fantastic as well. Be sure to try the stuffed mushrooms; they were cooked and seasoned perfectly. We had the lasagna and the spaghetti and meatballs, both of which were wonderful.

Luna Rosa will be on our “must visit” list any time we are back in Greenville.

Absolute unbelievable gelato! I love tart gelato so I had the pink grapefruit and raspberry. While they were both amazing, the pink grapefruit ranks #1 on the most amazing gelato I’ve ever had. I will be coming back when I visit Greenville again.

If you want to try a good ICE Cream, come here! 🙂

All elements of my dining experience were exceptional. The gelato is always tasty, but for my first time eating a meal here and visiting the bar, any expectations I had were blown away. Jeni (bartender) was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our experience fun, and the lasagna I ordered may have been the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Hats off to Chef Matt for a wonderful eggplant parmesan panini and pasta salad. wonderful blueberry vanilla gelato.. very nice end to Restaurant Week 2020.

The caramel latte was so good!!! If you really love banana flavor you will love the banana fosters. My son got blueberry lemonade and my daughter got lemon. Both seemed to really enjoy. Overall it’s a must to stop by if your in the mood for some really well made gelato.
