I want to thank Trinity for being the perfect example of Customer Service. She CARES about people, makes sure you have the assistance you need to complete your job if it's on a self serve printer or computer. Professional, polite and patient, Trinity is there to assist.
Thank you to Mya for listening to my horrible experience with the another employee the day before when i placed the order.I was left wondering that day, was it my advanced age to have received such poor treatment and no respect?

9/11/2020 - Bastian did an excellent job in providing Customer Service for my recent PC purchase at the Staples location at 500 East McBee Avenue, Greenville, South Carolina 29601. He sat with me and lead me through the entire process and did not bat an eye when we came across a few issues. He informed me of the warranty options available and he also offered to wipe my old device. Although I stood there for an hour trying to get things taken care of, he assisted me throughout. I liked the workstation setup at the printing station, used the computers to get my project printed fast and good quality. The rep in the printers dept was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I find the staff at Staples McBee Station terrific. The print shop bent over backwards to accommodate my crazy schedule with funeral printings at the last minute so many times. I have purchased 3 computers from there and they back them up with quick service and knowledgeable staff. They keep me up and running! Thank you Alison and your super print and tech center staff. Fr. Rarely leave reviews but had to give a HUGE thank you to two gentlemen who were working at the tech counter on the afternoon of 12/10/20. I was in a scramble as I was preparing for a very important slideshow (for my sister's already once postponed rehearsal dinner to be exact). I was down to the wire and finished the presentation only to find the computer onsite was not chrome cast enabled, nor would dropbox/GoogleDrive import it to share as it was such a huge file needing HOURS to upload. Long story short, these guys answered the phone as I rushed over in my vehicle, had the special Mac to Windows memory stick ready for me that I needed, made sure the file had transferred from my laptop onto the memory stick, AND added a program that I would never have known I needed onto the drive to make sure I could play the file on an older laptop back at the dinner. All in all THANK YOU! I was frantic and almost in tears wanting my sister and bro in-law's evening to be special despite all of the changes and postponements they had been through/the continued COVID precautions we observed, and Staples gentlemen you were the MVPs and went above and beyond!

@Staples Would like to commend Gisela at The McBee store in Greenville SC who provided excellent service to me. She made great suggestions on my print project and kept in touch all along to let me know the status. The final product was professional and impressive. Appreciated it

Derrick and Darron were both very knowledgable about the products I was asking about, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was 10/10. Very happy to have interacted with both of them, they represent the store well. Give ‘em both a raise!!!

Nathan was so helpful! He helped an old woman like me make my own invitation! I was so proud of myself! Very professional! I would highly recommend getting invitations there!

The only place in town that had the ink cartridge that I needed. I called spoke to an employee he found a cartridge for me and had it waiting on the counter when I got there to pick it up very helpful.

Needed something laminated... The salesperson by the name of Keyes took her time and explained to me the different thickness of the plastic... I never knew that and appreciated the information

They were very polite and helpful. They were out of the product I wanted so they offered a discount and had it shipped to my house for no charge.

Maddie I’m the printing area had my banner and tip top shape shifty and she was calm and professional

I highly recommed this store. The assistant store manager, Derrick Hunt, is very knowledgeable and super helpful. This is the only Staples that I come to.
