We didn’t buy anything but Carly was super helpful! My 14 year old was with some friends on a scavenger hunt and she was the KINDEST person and treated them like friends as they asked her to help them find things on their list. Ask for Carly if you need help!

Southern Tide is one of my favorite stores in Downtown Greenville. If you haven't been, it's a must. My husband and children love their high quality apparel. I avoided the mall, and did some shopping there on Black Friday to support local business.They made the experience so pleasant from beginning to end. They have the friendliest staff around, and always go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service. I've never walked into that store and not been greeted with a warm welcome, and I have been a repeat customer for many years.

Wonderful Customer Service! The daughter bought me a shirt just before the holidays. (Of course, it was discounted and discontinued.) I didn't know that at the time and those circumstances made a return for the next size up difficult. But Mark and the folks at Southern Tide - Greenville came through for me. Could not have been more helpful or more pleasant. Thanks, Mark. Great place to do business!
