Best dentists ever!! I have now seen Dr. Flippo AND Dr. Kennedy! Both are amazing! They are so kind, quite thorough, and so concerned about my feelings and needs. Their assistants are so friendly and helpful as well. I love this dental office; it’s beautiful and very clean. My FAVORITE dentists!! 🩷🩷🩷

I get very anxious about going to a new dentist, but as soon as the hygienist Hayley starting talking to me, I felt very relaxed! She was great!! Very easy, gentle and explained everything about the cleaning! Dr Flippo was also very nice and explained everything so well. I have already recommended Cypress Creek Dental to my friends and coworkers.

They did a great job. I had a filling come out of one of my teeth yesterday afternoon, called and had an emergency appointment made for 9 AM this morning. Filled out all of my paperwork online so coming in and getting my tooth fixed was seamless. I was taken back, prepped, and finished within an hour. I felt no discomfort at all throughout the process. 5/5. I would recommend them to anyone.

The ladies who work here are 100% some of the sweetest dental hygienists and doctors I’ve ever seen. They’re so encouraging and even when they deliver “bad” news it’s no demeaning at all and they offer solutions without making it seem like your teeth will fall out if you don’t do what they say. They’re super understanding as well and are so excited to talk to you about whatever you’re chatty about. I got a cleaning done the other day by Cass who I’d super recommend asking for!! She’s so so so sweet and was so excited when I asked her questions. Doctor Flippo was so sweet too and was so happy to talk about what I do in school. I got a couple fillings done by them as well the next day and they encouraged me the entire time and we’re super understanding of me being scared of the needle. They told me what they were doing when I asked really happily and didn’t make me feel silly for asking them to talk while they did my fillings. I would super recommend going here!!!

P.S. they have HEATED MASSAGE CHAIRS and they give you sunglasses for the big light!!! Absolutely wild.

Never before had I looked forward to going to the dentist but I do now! The dentists are both fabulous and the support staff is sweet, thorough and professional. They think of every detail and keep careful notes, documenting things so they can be prepared the next time (ex: I like to have a dam placed when I have old amalgam fillings removed to lessen my exposure to mercury. I asked once, they had it waiting for me the second time.) They came highly recommended. 2 years later, I can testify, it’s like this every time I go in. It’s a great experience, I highly recommend them! 10 stars ⭐

I’m very anxious going into the dentist. My needs and comfort felt highly regarded so I really I didn’t feel as anxious. Came the first time after chipping my front tooth. It had been chipped previously and the filling replaced twice with previous dentists. This third time here was the best match to my tooth color and shape. It’s an art getting a front tooth done correctly to look like nothing happened and Dr. Flippo is an artist. I felt comfortable going there to take care of issues I had been putting off for too long. I felt silly after waiting years in discomfort. My 2 fillings on cavities were done quickly and with minimal physical and emotional discomfort. I’ll definitely be going back if I have any other dental issues.

Dr. Kennedy is absolutely Amazing! She takes care of her patients and treats everyone likes they are family. Her staff are all the best! I am so happy that I found her office years ago

I had a great first experience at Cypress Creek Dentistry. Dr Flippo and the staff were super friendly and thorough. My family and I just moved to the area and this will be our new home for dental needs.

This place is the BEST dentist I have ever been to!! From the professionalism to the heated vibrating chair to the friendly chatter!! They are always ready to talk about anything you may be wondering!! I highly recommend them!!!

Very caring and friendly staff. They make you feel at ease and listen to every concern I have had. I had to have quite a bit of work done and the staff and Doctors worked very hard to make sure I am happy with my results. I have been recommending them to everyone! 5 stars for sure!

Absolute best dental office. I recommend everyone to them. Teeth feel super clean! No matter what, the ladies there are kind and go in to detail about everything they are doing. They aren’t rushed and are always making sure they’re not causing any pain. Best place for anyone that has phobia going to the dentist.

I have horrible dental anxiety and everyone here makes me feel so comfortable and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m relaxed and pain free. There is so much peace in this office from the moment you walk in the door. Dr Kennedy is very thorough yet conservative and I’m so thankful to have found her and this office! And Tessa is an amazing hygienist! Every single person I’ve ever met here has been nothing short of professional, kind, and easy to be around. I recommend this office to everyone who is needing to find a dentist!

Excellent office staff. I thought I had an appointment I set up online however being a new patient they worked me in anyway with no wait, super friendly staff, clean office. Dr. Flippo was great explaining my options and Lauren scheduled me to see an endodontist and the entire staff were amazing, I have found my new dentist! Exceptional office staff.

Tessa was great as usual. Dr. Kennedy was also great. Definitely the most comfortable I’ve ever been in a dentist office. Actually the only time I’ve ever been comfortable with going to the dentist is with Dr. Kennedy and her group

When I tell you I left my appointment feeling like I had been to a day spa, I truly mean it. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, sat in a massage chair, and had THE best chats with Hailey and Dr. Flippo. They were incredibly thorough and made being at the dentist an extremely pleasant experience.
