I have fallen in love with this B&BW! The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The store has so much more room to move without fear of knocking things over like other B&BW stores. It is literally the only store in the old mall that has survived. Is very nostalgic to shop there.
Overall, the store was very clean. Signage was noticeable on everything and they had plenty of the items in stock. Definitely check this one out and take a little stroll down memory lane of how cool malls use to be.

Unexpected location inside a different kind of mall/offices. Very interesting. I enjoyed the entire experience. Bath & Body Works staff were helpful as always. And I appreciated the good cheer.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Went around the time they open and the mall is pretty much dead besides the people walking around the mall. It was a very pleasant experience there. Also used some coupons on the B&BWs app that help me save a bit.

I think a lot of people in Salisbury forget that this store is here. I love their hand soaps! Very friendly staff!

I don't go in here often, but every time I do, the employees are always pleasant and very helpful. And also patient, because I take forever to make up my mind, and I test spray half the store when I'm in there. No one ever says a word. They let me do my thing and figure out which scent that I want because normally, I can only afford one or two things.

I find myself here alot from getting notifications on my phone about sales. Always a deal going on. This location has always been clean and professional and well staffed.

Literally wouldn’t even know if this place existed if you don’t Google “bath and body works” and this one randomly pops up! The ladies working inside this B&BW though were very friendly and very willing to help. Had a good selection for the size of the store! Marketing kept up to date and new products as well! Very cool to see it’s one of the last stores open in this dead mall!

So many people don't know of this location. It isn't listed on the online store pickup on the website. Not complaining because it's almost never crowded and they always have stuff. In stock. Great staff and clean store

Generally have what I'm looking for when it is in season for it. I'm not into most of the scents so I truly do have to wait a year for most of my stuff to come back. I do love most of the mens' scents & I do buy them.
I'm a female that just likes good scents & nothing fruity gross fake smelling.

I do LOVE that they now do the rewards here. It helps me save time & gas. I work nightshifts only so my time in the day is crunched. So thankful they did that.

Very nice salespeople. I was looking for a certain candle which they were out of due to the candles being on sale but the sales lady showed me a similar one and I loved it. I go every year to this BBW and will continue. Very helpful.

I love this store, they always have a sale. I got in on the buy three get two free. Got some birthday gifts out the way, while pampering myself.

Our Salisbury location is in a big, almost empty mall, but this location stays super busy. They have the best sales women of any Bath & Body Works. I can't say enough good things about this location.

This store is ALWAYS so clean and well stocked! Staff are friendly and since there isn't another store inside Salisbury Mall, you don't have to worry about it being crowded!
