Staff was helpful and had all of the products I was looking for. They are the cheapest store around. I drive 35 minutes because their prices are top tier.

Amazing experience. All I can say is if you're running a hair store in NC that's not this place, you better watch out. Their customer service blew the competitors out of the water. I have been to so many hair stores since I moved here and the staff is always unhelpful, rude and the most bizarre people I have ever interacted with. Unfortunately I came prepared with exactly what I needed so I couldnt test their product knowledge. However all it took was me politely saying excuse me and they helped immediately. Generally they seem pretty hands off. They let you browse without being like mall salesmen who ask you a million times if you need help which I prefer. This was also the first time I ever been to a hair store in this state and I felt comfortable and safe. Everywhere else I have gone, they make a stink about you having a purse as if you're gonna just walk around with your wallet out and unsecure in your hands. Everywhere else they watch you like you're a child instead of investing in theft protection, and cant even bother to answer your questions while they follow you. This store was very well lit, very clean and clearly had a great security set up for them to not make you feel less than human. I live over an hour away from the store and was just passing through. However I will be returning indefinitely for all my hair and beauty needs.

I love getting my hair care supplies here since it's very close to where I live. They have a good selection of beauty and hair care products, wigs, bundles and hair for braiding. Very helpful staff. No complaints.

This store has a wide variety of items I think a bit overpriced on supplies but the hair is priced good they always have a sale going on. The store I'd very neat and we'll spaced. The only issue is if your not watching they charge twice for certain items so always double check when leaving the store

We came from Statesville to Salisbury to get my hair. I'm assuming he was the owner, he was so very nice to us he was also very patient and helpful. That wasn't our first time and won't be our last.
