All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable --- truly experts in their craft.

I have been training at Trainers Gym for over 5 months and I have transformed both mentally and physically!!! I had NOOO prior experience, but my trainer worked with me on a 1:1 and small group basis.

The trainers and people are friendly, humourous, encouraging and just freaking AMAZING-- it's like a family!! I train with Vance and sometimes Princess-- they are the epitome of quality trainers (I highly recommend).

In May, I began working with J.R. at Trainer’s Gym and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my adult life. He knows his stuff, both in the gym and outside. He got me on a fitness plan that worked for me and a nutrition plan that forced me to work on myself. After one month of dedication, discipline, and the occasional text to make sure I was staying on track, I was down from 194 to 178. I strongly suggest heading over to Trainer’s Gym. What a great place to start your day...I love the atmosphere! Camilla is an amazing and professional instructor! Her approach to fitness will definitely motivate you! She plans and personalizes my workout that is challenging but fun! Also gave me great information for meal planning. Camilla is very knowledgeable and super motivating! She is the BEST!

I love Trainer’s Gym!! The people there are amazing. The energy is ALWAYS GREAT! I train with Ja’Quez Canty. He is patient and loves what he do! He motivates me to push through even when I think I can’t. After years of trying to stay consistent with working out, I’ve finally found a reason to look forward to working out!
