Best Western Plus Goldsboro

This trip included stays in Albemarle, NC, Myrtle Beach, SC, and Goldsboro, NC. All BWs and all great experiences. I won't stay anywhere but a BW when I travel.

Staff were very friendly and kept the place clean and tidy. The hot breakfast was good. I loved making mini waffles. I would suggest that the hotel update the rooms with better lighting, new phone in rooms that actually work, and better water pressure for the sink in the bathroom. Also with the remote being so outdated with no guide button and I personally did not want to flip through all the channels maybe add a channel directory to the guest book in the rooms? Overall great stay and I would book again in the future if I’m ever back in the area.

Front desk personal was very friendly and informative. They had some finger foods at 5:30pm, which was a nice treat.
My room was clean, it had iron, board, hair dryer, microwave, and refrigator.
I would definitely recommend this location and would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Staff, especially Rachel, went above and beyond to help me out. I was so appreciative especially because I was staying due to my RV being totaled in a crash. Kindness goes a long way.

Location is close to everything. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and tasty. During the week night they have restaurant partners who come in & provide dinner. And there’s always apples, bananas and water. I really appreciated all of the extra amenities. There’s a huge staff and it seems like they are constantly cleaning. I never smelled anything but cleaning products. I would definitely stay here again.

A very good place for staying.

Even though the room wasn't ready for our check in time, the front desk people were very friendly & apologetic! The housekeeping crew got right on it and got it ready in a timely manner! Beds were comfy & room was clean. Will stay here again

This place was the only hotel in town to have rooms available. We reserved 5 rooms with no problem and check in was a breeze. The rooms were nice and clean. The carpet in the room looks a little stained as does the hallway closet which has what looks like a huge bleach stain. Breakfast was tasty with mini Belgian waffles, sausage and biscuits and gravy. They also had eggs, cereal, yogurt, and bread for toast.

Great clean rooms. Hot fresh breakfast. Egg omelets were delicious!

I found the room and facilities very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to shopping/ restaurants and noise wasn't any issue. The bed was comfortable enough that I had no trouble falling asleep and I appreciated the full length mirror. I didn't get a chance to partake in the M-W dinners in the lobby, but if I stay in the Goldsboro area again, I will consider them! What a great perk! Definitely worth the money.

Did not stay here, but I did book several rooms for our employees and so grateful how sweet and helpful the staff was! Great manager, took care of everything, I received a call from them after I booked all rooms, to confirm each employee that will be there, making sure everything’s correct, know who to expect & that I was satisfied with everything! Appreciate how easy and simple this was, bc Unfortunately, with a lot of hotels it’s not!

The hotel was great, everything was great. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles. I highly recommend you have one.The hotel is in a great location with several places to shop and eat close by. Even Walmart is across the street and the Sheetz gas station is next door.
My only issue was that when I checked in, the front desk person did not know how to add my best Western gift card to my bill so I had to bring it back upon my check out. This was not a hassle though.

Overall, great hotel and I'd stay again.

The room was VERY clean and comfortable! I'm not easy to please and I was. Staff was friendly...breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay there....I stayed there mother's day weekend was nice

I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Goldsboro NC for the very first time. I was very please. The atmosphere made me feel like I was at home. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had had everything that you needed in case you forgot an left something home. The room was also equipped with a microwave and a small refrig. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great experience. Second time staying, and under difficult circumstances. All staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning, and front desk staff answered any questions we had....Ashlyn was exceptional in helping me with my bill. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Will stay again. ❤

An oasis on a dark & rainy night. Traveling from Northern VA to South Carolina with the idea of a stop on the way. Had to backtrack to this hotel as there was nothing in front of us for miles and miles.... It was definitely worth it. Clean rooms, free breakfast, easy check-in and check-out. Would recommend it.

I stayed here doing my visit to Goldsboro for my family reunion. Its actually the only hotel I stay at. The hotel and staff are just lovely. I must say though, I really loved the lemonade being out in the afternoon/evenings. Breakfast is great, although the eggs, well they're not home. Everything is good. The internet connection is on point....Now the TV remotes, I love the concept of the new remotes but they are hard to switch channels. One thing I'd like to see in all hotels, is maybe toothbrushes instead of shampoo/conditioner/lotion, most folks bring that. And maybe small bottles of hand sanitizer or maybe place them on the wall on each floor by the elevator.

Other than this, the hotel is great, I'd certainly stay again.

Clean and tidy, pleasant and helpful staff, Sheetz and Applebee's next door. Pool outside was in use. Small exercise room was available. The breakfast was of the grab 'N go variety, due to covid, but I've had worse. I liked it the first time, a week ago, so I returned for this visit.
