What a great pharmacy! I had all my prescriptions transferred to them from CVS. They are so responsive, they always answer the phone they know me when I call or come in by name. So personable so knowledgeable and they really treat you like a person not a number. I can't say enough good things! It is so nice to have someone you can actually talk to unlike my experiences at CVS! The owners are wonderful! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful people working here that care about you as a person. Unlike other pharmacies they take the time to know you and are super friendly. Definitely recommend this place!!

I recently had my prescriptions transferred here from a large retail pharmacy and I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Bee Well Pharmacy treats you like an actual patient, rather than just a number in their system, and they truly do care about their patients. I actually called during a time when the pharmacy was busy and unable to answer the phone, and I received a call back within 5 minutes, which was unexpected since I didn’t even leave a message. If you are looking for great customer service in a pharmacy, then look no further than Bee Well Pharmacy. If I could give 10 stars, I would, as this place goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions you may have. Easy to call or text for refills with quick fill times. I am so glad to be away from CVS, their terrible phone lines and lack of support. I do not regret my decision to trust the Bee Well Pharmacy. They have made this part of my life so much easier.

Bee Well is my favorite pharmacy! It's nice to know that people still offer very personal, medical and holistic care in such a fast paced world. There are likely several dozen pharmacists between my home in Durham and Bee Well pharmacy, but I choose them and her ALL THE TIME.

I appreciate this pharmacy and the owners. They are hardworking and stay so kind and polite despite the high demand of Covid testing, vaccines and every day customers. We all have to remember that they are a pharmacy and they send off specimens and it will take time because of the high demand and they are the ones in the middle. Be kind. Be patient. I got my Pfizer bivalent booster shot and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was VERY nervous and Bee Well Pharmacy took great care of me! They even called me the following day to make sure I was doing well. This is definitely where I will be getting my booster shots from now on!

I'm very grateful for this small business. I received my first COVID-19 vaccine from them yesterday, after I couldn't find an open appointment at any other pharmacy within 25 miles of where I live. I called Bee Well and they said come in that evening to get a shot. There was a small line and you need to bring PHOTOCOPIES of your ID and insurance card, but they were very organized and quick in vaccinating the entire group. The owners are a very kind couple and I'm happy to recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to support small local business.

The nurse who administered the vaccine was very personable as well. They also followed the proper safety precautions to make sure the store was not too crowded while folks waited. It has been a year since my last review, and I am happy to say I am still very happy with the service and care at Bee Well pharmacy. The owners are honest people and I have never been cheated out of my money. I am informed about any increase in pricing for my products and why before my order is filled. Also, if there is an increase, they try to find a discount for me if possible. I would like to say this. As we the consumer write reviews about our experiences, we should always be fair. Having a bad experience one time and not allowing the business owner or staff member the opportunity to apologize or make things right before writing a negative review is not fair. We must also remember we have the right to accept the service or not, pay a fee prior to service or not. During the height of Covid and After Bee Well pharmacy has been an amazing ally of the community. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much for your service.

I had a Covid injection at Bee Well Pharmacy last weekend and was very impressed with their process. They only took 5 people at a time within the store and were very thorough. I stayed for a while to make sure I had no reaction, and they even texted me two days later to follow up with me. What great individual care! They are an excellent Mom & Pop business.

I would highly recommend Bee Well Pharmacy. The pharmacist is very kind and knowledgeable. She has great attention to detail and prioritizes her patients/customers. During my visit she would not take phone calls so she could focus on just me and my care. This location is also a compounding pharmacy. I will return to this location with any compounded drug needs in the future.

I highly recommend this pharmacy if you want to support local business. They know my orders and even know me when I walk in. They are so kind and accommodating and do everything they can to excel at customer service.

Great folks, classic example of a small local business making a difference. They are always very helpful and going out of their way to help.

Note that for Covid tests, they send your tests to other labs so they're at the lab's mercy as far as speed of test results. I've got a result back in a day and half when I got it done early part of Dec. During the Xmas - end of year crunch, all the labs were backed up tremendously and it took a week to get results back EVERYWHERE. In short, if you got the results late during that time frame, I wouldn't hold the pharmacy responsible. I got my results after a week but they kept trying to follow up on my behalf with the lab - I think this is a little gem of a pharmacy.

The pharmacist and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Recently we went here for COVID vaccines... the process was smooth and quick. Only 5 people at a time, and pharmacist took time to explain and answer questions. Highly recommended!

Bee Well Pharmacy went over and beyond in their customer care. I needed a COVID test for a surgery I needed after a skin cancer surgery I had just received days prior. In order to get the surgery scheduled in two days I had to have a COVID test done within a few hour window and I needed the results back in about a day and a half. I found Bee Well pharmacy (I’m not from the area) and were in and out within less than 30 mins. They were kind and thorough.

My results ended up needing to be run twice at the lab and were delayed. I was called by the pharmacy after hours to let me know what was going on and again before their opening hours to be sure I received them. I received my results within 30 mins of arriving at the surgery check-in time.

I highly recommend this pharmacy and if we lived closer we would utilize their services. Excellent caring customer care.

They obtained a manufacturer coupon to provide the medication at the lowest possible price. It is obvious they care a great deal about their customers and can be depended on to provide knowledgeable and personalized service.
