As a new patient at Pharmacy innovation I was impressed by the quality of their preparations and the attentiveness of their staff. The pharmacist Tim and the technician Tennille are very knowledgeable and hard working. I highly recommend getting your scripts sent to them if you need to get a prescription compounded.

After calling many pharmacies - I left a message here. Tennille called me back, was so pleasant & professional. Worked with me for a few days to get my script moved there & followed up to confirm all was good. You don’t find customer service like this anymore! Highly recommend!

Wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first time there. The pharmacist Tim was busy so the young lady Tennille took great care of me. She was helpful and knowledgeable as well as someone who generally made me feel like I was valued a s a customer and not just treated like I was in the way.
