We have used Mike at Reliable Plumbing twice for unrelated issues: replace all our water cutoff valves and replaced facets and called again to add a safety cutoff valve for our gas fireplace. Both times he was cheaper than all the others I checked and did a wonderful job both times. Very professional, arrived in a timely manner, and a very nice and considerate person! Will definitely use again!

Reliable Plumbing really saved the day for me and my husband. We knew we had a leak because we had a high water bill and had JEA check the meter for us. We called another company in town who came by and told us the leak was under the house. I asked if they were positive, they said absolutely, and ending up giving us an estimate for overhead repiping at almost $8,000, which means holes in your walls behind every toilet, sink, shower, etc. I called Reliable Plumbing to get a second opinion, and these guys had the leak taken care of while we were both at work. It was outside our house and all they had to do was dig up our yard a little. We are so thankful we called them! They are quick and trustworthy. We will definitely use them in the future anytime we have another plumbing problem.

I call Reliable Plumbing and Mike answered the phone. I told him what was going on with the sewer, he told me he would be out at 4:00 and like clock work he was here. He made the repairs, fixed problem and now my sewer is not backed up anymore. Fast friendly and reliable. Great customer service

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. They repaired a leak that two companies couldn't fix, so I asked them to do a total replumb on my older home. I am so excited to have water! Mike came and installed our hot water heater, Mike and Chuck have both come at various times to repair or unclog pipes, and they recently installed our gas logs. Can’t rave enough! We had a clogged galvanized pipe that other plumbers (probably justifiably) gave up on unclogging. They spent three days and broke 2 cables, but never gave up. Saved us thousands of dollars on a different alternative that would’ve involved ripping out floors or ceilings. Incredibly respectful and customer service was top notch. The owners of this business are extremely easy to work with. Their pricing is competitive enough, however the best reason to use their services is their reliability. When you have a plumbing emergency, they are quick to respond! I would recommend this company for all your plumbing and electrical needs.

I had originally contracted with Mike to provide a gas hookup to a 4 car garage I was adding to my property. The project was a huge effort which required a change in gas service by JEA to feed both the house and the new garage. Well with the recent change in weather we were experiencing issues in the house with running out of hot water, fed by our gas fed hot water system. Nobody could seem to figure out what the problem was and when I called Mike he responded quickly and worked through the problem until it was corrected. Mike (and Chuck) are good people. Such a fantastic company. I called late Friday. He said they would be here early afternoon. They came early morning and had it repaired by 10:30. They wanted us to have water so they came first thing instead of the afternoon. The leak was right at the house foundation. A bush was in the way. They dug up the bush, repaired the leak and replanted the bush. Cleaned up around the site before leaving.
