Love taking my vehicle to them because they take real good care of me. And always let me know ahead of time what's need to be done. Real nice peoples there.

My husband and I needed new cars. We were dead set on getting Hyundai Tuscans so we went to Amato. After talking to their professional and knowledgeable salesman and taking a test drive , we knew a Mitsubishi was for us. We purchased 2 2022 Eclipse cross in May. We have never had any problems and now getting our first oil changes, we know we got the right vehicles. From show room to service professionals, we had an excellent experience. We look forward to driving our Mitsubishi’s for many many years and we will go now where except for Amato.

I have never been to John Amato Automotive before. However when I walked in the door, Lisa the receptionist greeted me as if I was an old friend. Ralph Price my Sales Rep also treated me extremely well. After the sale I contacted Mike in Sales also since I forgot an item in the vehicle. Mike was great also. Hands down the best car buying experience a young adult could have. Started in Madison and I was treated unfairly. Called Paul Amato and even though our day was already going bad, Lisa and Judson were very helpful. We were frustrated from our experience earlier in the day and they knew it, but our attitudes did not fear them. They knew I wanted the outlander they had and they did everything to make sure I could have it. And I did get it. We called late afternoon Saturday, then drove two hours to get it on Monday afternoon. They were friendly and understanding from start to finish and have continued to help me with any questions that come up! Highly recommend everyone to go to Paul Amato Mitsubishi if you are looking for an experience that is relaxing, helpful, and filled with happy people.

We have been shopping around for over a month for a car with no luck. Luckily we found Judson at Amato Dealership. He was very knowledgeable, kind and very patient with us. We will definitely comeback when we want to buy another car.

Service was pretty smooth. Communication was great. I left my phone in my vehicle and service advisor called the shuttle driver who then took me back to the dealership to retrieve it. Now that is what I call GREAT service!!

Great experience buying a new Mitsubishi from Amato! I am not sure what all the negative comments are about, and maybe it varies based on location or previous staff....but JR was awesome at finding a great car at a very reasonable price for us....Walter handled the payment perfectly, and Darrell did a great job of walking through all the features and functions of the car so we would know how to work all the bells and whistles! Then they drove us around to the Service Department to introduce us to the Service Manager so we would know where to go when it comes time to do the routine maintenance. Customer service was great! They even had balloons on the car when we arrived to pick it up to celebrate our purchase! Total process from start to finish was easy and seamless!

I was extremely pleased at the hard work and outstanding professionalism of everyone who helped me acquire the vehicle I wanted. They really performed to highest level and worked with me completely in getting forms filled out properly and the submission to all of the concerns involed. A special Thank you goes out to the General Finance Manager, Lisa Williamson who work diligently to help me with this purchase. I am very satisfied with everyone at John Amato.

I went to start my car and it did not start. Was going to have it towed to John Amato but got a jump instead. I did not have an appointment but called and talked with Chris about my issue. When I got there, Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to replace the battery. Chris answers all my questions regarding warranty and date on battery. Car was running in no time. I was under the impression that I couldn't go to John amato since I brought the car from Russ Darrow. I will start taking my car to John Amato from now on.

I always have a great experience when dealing with Chris. He is very professional and knowledgeable about my car. When I call with a problem, he will troubleshoot over the phone.

I love how fast everything took place. I was in and out with my new car the same day. Jerry@Amatoauto made sure the process was done in a timely professional manner. Merry Christmas to the staff thanks for all the hard work.

The wait was long but thats what happens when you trying to buy a car. The service was excellent Lisa was great ! She definitely trys to put everyone in a car/truck. Judson H. Great salesman very polite. I would recommend. The place was immaculate. Floors clean and spit shined.❤

I love the whole Amato Mitsubishi team!!! From service to sales they all are top notch. Just purchased our second vehicle from them within a year or so timeframe. Went in for oil change/ maintenance service and walked out(should I say drove?) with a new suv!
