We added another line to existing five lines with a new iPhone. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable about helping us set everything up. I couldn’t of asked for better service. He helped us and answered all of our questions and took care of everything including additional problems we had. I’d recommend this location and Ralph to anyone. Hands down one of my best experiences ever going to a wireless store. Ralph helped me activate my new device and explained everything to me so I was fully understanding how it works before I left the store.

If you ever want to see what excellent customer service is I would recommend this place and see Raouf. I was there to transfer a sim from an old lg to an iPhone. Raouf went above and beyond while helping me. I was surprised all my contacts, images and texts were able to transfer to this new phone. All it took was about 2 minutes to see he really knew what he was doing. Transfer took longer but he made me feel so good like he was so happy to help me. 5 stars isn't enough for him. Raouf I'd like to thank you again.

Recently, I having an issue where I couldn't switch my sim over to my new phone. I went to two cricket stores, at the first place it seemed that there was nothing that could be done to get my issue fixed. A day later, I went to the Brown Deer location as a final effort and met Raouf. Raouf was very patient and understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond in solving my issue with my phone and was extremely polite. I can't recommend this place enough!
