Excellent photo customer service guy! 1st time here. Got pictures online and picked up. East and cool magnet photos were same day(50% off too!) Uploaded from phone online. Turned out great! Then he helped me on the kiosk create another beautiful wood based frame

I always have a great experience here. The previous reviews about things taking forever must be coming from people that believe they’re the only person filling a prescription in that store. I assure you, they’re wrong. Everyone wants help from the people in the pharmacy and from what I can tell the patients always far outnumber the techs. They’re always busy but always kind, helpful and seem happy to be at work.

I love their drive-through pharmacy service. I get a notification by email when it's time to renew a prescription - literally just one click in the email, and it's processed the very next day (sometimes earlier). You'll also get an email when it's ready for pickup. I'm in and out of the drive thru in minutes and have never had an issue. Also went to take a passport photo one morning and got that done within 5-10 minutes. Excellent!

Good lord, people are impatient; did everyone else in the area grow up in Boca Raton like me? There are some valid complaints but many I see are whning about having to wait 10 minutes, as if they were born post-2000. The pharmacy staff here are literally running around insanely busy as they are centered around a TON of residential area and are the main pharmacy. Have a little patience and expect a 5-10 minute wait at least at this Walgreens - or better yet drive that extra 5+ minutes to the Walgreens you like so your wait time is 1 minute and see if you can figure out the math later. The pharmacists are probably back there burning off 6k calories a day with the amount of busy they are. This store is not a bad store, just has a lot of folks going to the pharmacy. And no, I'm not an employee here - just someone who thinks the folks in the area of this store in Cary, based on reviews, have extreme expectations. 🤷‍♂

The people there are really great.

The pharmacy pholks are professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Been going there over four years now and will continue. Highly recommended.

The Walgreen's policies are also customer friendly.

Word of caution...
NEVER USE THE FEDEX EXPRESS DELIVERY!
FedEx screws up the delivery times. Totally unacceptable for pharmaceutical goods.

The woman working the drive thru window today was very nice to me after another customer was mean to me. Fast and efficient. I really appreciated her!

I’m surprised there are so many bad reviews, I’ve come here multiple times and even though the pharmacy seems always consistently busy I have never had a bad experience. This isn’t a fast food restaurant, filling meds correctly takes time. One of the pharmacists Tawnya was especially helpful when I had issues with my insurance. Overall great pharmacists in what is probably just too busy of a store

I live down the street from this Walgreens. (NW Maynard & Harrison) The staff is always helpful but I definitely needed everyone to acknowledge the pharmacist FISTON VUVU. He went above and beyond to help me figure out why my insurance was not going through. I arrived to Walgreens at 11:07am and did not leave till 1:30ish. The process was frustrating but I’m so glad that he helped me so much and managed to get at least one of my medications covered. I used to shop at the rite aid across the street almost every day but sadly they closed the store. I’m happy to have transferred my care to Walgreens with FISTON VUVU 😊

Nearly every time I interact with the pharmacy staff I have a great experience and that's been 12 years running. These folks work really hard and deal with customers that are not always friendly. I couldn't do that.

All I can say is, april6,2022, I went through the drive thru, it was Extremely busy the lady that waited on me went over and beyond measure to help me get a discount on my medication, I’ve been a member here for three years with a chronic illness and sometimes we can misery people but all I know is she’s one that has a straight poker face and if you don’t have a spirit of hospitality and patience you will miss your blessing, As sick as I was waiting for my prescription , Most of the time no matter how you feel it’s always somebody worse , The people that are working for us or human but sometimes you really have to show yourself friendly thank you Charlene

I had my passport photo taken here today. Excellent customer service! I found this pharmacy very clean, the staff is extremely polite, well trained and professional!

I've used this pharmacy a few times now and haven't had any issues. The staff is always friendly and I haven't had any long waits.
