I love Bath & Body. It smells so good. The employees are usually very knowledgeable. I did pick a bad time to go. It was so crowded. Weekend before school started. They had plenty of help. Large inventory.

Bath and Body Works is a sensory experience. They run sales that can only be taken advantage of in person. Everything I bought was 50 to 75 percent off. Lots of new fragrances. They are stocked up on handsoap, lotion, barsoap, fragrances, and bodywash. They have plenty of excellent employees to help answer any questions.

Was busy due to Christmas but staff was friendly it was hard to really look around because the store was smaller and there was so many people. Great experience though.

I came in at 20 minutes prior to closing and the ladies working there were both patient and helpful. None of them ever complained or rushed...even offering advice on products. The store was neat and everything was easy to find. I love great customer service. This team can be the model for other stores!

CIERRRRAAAA was so cool. Super helpful and fun! She literally had an effective answer to every question I asked her. And took me to the exact fragrances and candles I described that I wanted.

Never been in bath and body works anywhere else and had such a pleasant experience.

I really enjoy going there but it seems that they never have my favorite scent anymore cinnamon and clove buds Hopefully soon they'll pick it up

They have lots of different varieties. I love going to bath and body works. I can find different kinds of fragrances, lotions, and many other things I like.
