I have been trying for a YEAR to find this place and I FINALLY got food about 2 weeks ago!!

The food is AMAZING!! Their cornbread tastes like somebody grandma in the back whipping it up and she sprinkles a lil grandma pizzazz on it!!

I didnt eat in... BUT, the restaurant seems really cozy and could be a nice place for a nice intimate dinner with your person! It gave me love and romance vibes! You can tell because they food was so damn good! It was cooked with love!!

HANDS DOWN the best soul food my family and I found since relocating to Goldsboro! We have eaten here about twice a week since finding out about this place. I can't say enough about how great this place is...it is a bit pricey but well worth the cost! Food portions are phenomenal, food has taste (not that bland stuff,) and everyone is extremely friendly.

Best fried chicken around. Good home cooking at reasonable prices. Huge selection of dessert. Get here early. When something runs out, it's out.

This is the best food in Goldsboro hands down. It is so amazing that you HAVE to get there early or call ahead at 11:30 before they run out. Everyone is so incredibly kind in here, the service is incredible. Go y’all you don’t know what your missing if you don’t.

Very very good, delicious food. You can tell that it was made with love. Tasty and a good variety. Wow. A small little secret with booming taste. All staff were very nice and made sure you had everything you needed.

This meal rejuvenated my soul it was so good! The best meal I've had in Goldsboro since I've been here (a few months now) hands down. I had a turkey wing, black eyed peas, glazed carrots, cornbread, pineapple cake, and sweet tea. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with soothing music. Everyone was so welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed and checking on me. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing best kept secret in Goldsboro ! They keep winning awards for their incredible home cooking and I keep coming for Sunday after church lunch!

We have wanted to try here after seeing it on wayne county eats and drinks. Finally after months of drooling over their breakfast buffet we were able to visit.
It has been worth the wait. The breakfast items were amazing. Grits with cheese and sausage were wonderful. Everyone was super pleasant and helpful.
The honeybun cake is to die for. As well the biscuit with cheese. Bring comfortable clothing it's a warm comforting embrace of food.

Artis Daily Bread is awesome. Delicious food and awesome service. Mr and Mrs Artis are two of the sweetest people and a perfect example of how a restaurant should be run.

Omg. Real home cooking out on the go! I ordered ox trails, rice n gravy, cabbage, navy beans, cornbread, and a side of fried turkey chops. My God they have carrot cake and brownies with walnuts. I paid damn near $35 for that and baaa-beyyy I'll do it again and soon! That's the (if I lost my mind) type of food you'd think about slapping Mama for. (Not recommended slapping yo Mama, that can be viable to your health but this food is really that good!) What I do recommend is you trying this Goldsboro gem 💎. Atmosphere is clean and country!

I had an absolutely great experience there! The staff was top-notch and the food was very delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be returning.

Alright, so 👸Mother's Day takeout, line out the door. The people here are 💓friendly and understanding, got five plates which came with a drink (hello 🍑Peach tea) and Artis dessert (hello cakes and baked goods).

📣Let me tell you about this entree. Food is good here.Period. I ordered the 🍍Meatballs in a Pineapple bowl cause it sounded unique and Ohhhhhhhh My! The Meatballs in the sweet and a bit tangy sauce, mixed with sauteed peppers & onions with the 🍑Peach tea to complement.😇🙏

This entree needs to come around again, think 🌸Hawaiian mixed with 🍛Sweet & Sour chicken. Although it didn't put me in a food coma, 'cause it's healthy and light on a bed of rice, I did check into Food heaven for about an hour.🕐
