My daughter LOVED this place! I think we ended up getting the entire volleyball team to pick out shoes! Excellent selection and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We found out they do have a website that lists all shoes and sizes in stock. No more asking what sizes in five different pairs! We got the neon orange dunks and a pair of blue dunks. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing store, the staff was friendly and the selection was fire. I would highly recommend topshelf to anyone who likes sneakers even if you don't end up buying anything just looking around is still a great experience.

Great selection but a bit pricey. That’s not a big deal though because you pay that extra tax for getting to see the shoe and not waiting for shipping. Also the shoe stores gotta make there money. Just something to note, but otherwise amazing employees and service and experience. Would recommend if in downtown Salt Lake. Update just visited and it’s the same story amazing selection that’s always different and for a shoe store the pricing is great. When I just visited today they had some heat. Would highly recommend.

Extremally happy with the service and the quality of cabinets they look great.
- The delivery team was awesome and accommodating and made sure when loading in cabinets to avoid scratching by laying down cardboard etc
- my sales rep Steven did a great job at addressing some of my issues and getting them handled promptly as did his manager Shawn
- All projects come with hiccups but these guys did everything right by me and I could not be happier with my choice
They deserve 5 stars no doubt and I would recommend anyone to use their service

BEST SHOE PLACE IN UTAH!!!!! If you want heat and good prices and great owners come here! Don't sleep on their sneakers and deals in their used shoe sections. TopShelf is for the people and if yall sleep on them yall missing out.

I'm so glad that I lucky enough to get in touch with Landon at his dealership. I never buy from a dealer but his deals are amazing and his service is superb. I absolutely love this place! I would leave a 6 star review if I could and let me explain to you why! The very first time I came here they offered my friends and I a soda and were just happy to talk with us. They never pressure you into buying anything and work hard to give you the best experience possible. They are very fair when buying from you. I sold a pair of shoes and my brother traded a pair of shoes awhile back and I would definitely recommend using this store because they can be trusted! I’m leaving this review because I feel it is important for you to have a place you can trust and enjoy shopping at! The store owner of this place knows what’s up! Definitely check this store out! Being from LA I wasn’t sure I’d find a place as cool as TopShelf.

Great Experience and customer service. The fellas working there were awesome and you could really tell that they care about customers. They went out of their way multiple times to make sure we were getting the most out of our visit. Great store. Great shoes. GREAT staff. Will be returning for sure.

Awesome customer service. I came in to sell some shoes. I was in and out really fast. Professional environment and great energy from the staff. I’ll definitely be coming here to sell my sneakers.

A few days ago I took my 12 and 15year old grandchildren here and we were pleasantly greeted! The design of the store is laid out very nicely with lots of neat figures on alluring displays, clothing, shoes and art. Excellent customer service, the employee stopped what he was doing to assist my grandson and helped answer a question he had on a certain product. We had a very good experience here and it was a pleasure to shop here! We will be back again :) Thank you Topshelf, it’s refreshing to have a store like this in Utah and my grandchildren couldn’t stop talking about how “cool” this store was!

Great staff, good service and dope sneakers! Prices are fair as far as walk-in sneaker places. Would definitely recommend!

A+++++++ If I could give this shop 10 stars I would!!! By far THE BEST and most trusted consignment shop in Utah!!! I have been to this shop many, many, many times with multiple transactions!! Their inventory is always changing with everything from all major hype brands! I don’t know how they get all the heat but somehow they do!! I’ve found older gear and kicks and the latest releases!!!! I seriously cannot say how much I love this store and their staff is extremely nice and helpful!!! Keep it up TopShelf you’re killing the game!!

This was our first time being there and my son and myself love our shoes. The staff there was awesome, less than 10 seconds in the door we were greeted with a water and soda and the place looked great. Jordan was one of the nicest, chill guys we have met in a long time and made us feel very welcome. We had a fantastic time especially with there service even extending farther than the shoes in the store to others he could get. We will definitely being going back and can’t wait to see what other stuff they have.
