The workers are very kind and courteous, and very willing to help you out the people that attend the gym are courteous as well. Very willing to share the equipment overall great environment.

The whole place just has a good vibe. Everyone seems really nice and chill and the place is very clean, cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen in a public place.

All the planet fitness employees at the Goldsboro, NC location do a great job. They greet every member and are very knowledgeable about the gym and equipment. The gym is always clean and equipment is in very good condition. Shout out to Rossell, he makes everyone feel like family. I started with the $10 membership and took advantage of the Black card promotional emails...I was hooked! Upgraded to take advantage of the spa and discounts.

My Planet Fitness experience is great! I have been going for a year now and I am enjoying it because it is big and has a lot workout equipments to use. I also like that Planet Fitness is cheap and I pay for my classic membership every month on the 17. I strongly recommend Planet Fitness!!

I'm very much satisfied. I'm motivated and treated very special. My classes are helpful and design for my needs. My Coach is kind and helpful. My Coach motivates me to do my best. I enjoy the fellowship with others.

I’ve been going to this gym for 10 months almost going to a year and all I can say is great things about this gym. All staffs are very friendly & always greeting. These staffs definitely need a raise because don’t get me started on how clean the gym is they are always always cleaning the gym and doing deep cleaning to every single machine and lockers & whole bathroom . I’ve witnessed it all. 11/10 would recommend great gym for starters & equipment is always where it has to be at everything is so organized

The black chairs and hydro beds great for after my workouts .
I can use PF when I’m home or away to workout .

I experienced issues signing up online with my membership, so I made the trip to Planet Fitness to obtain my membership. JJ greeted me and was very professional. He was working alone. During my time there he helped me with my membership, cancelled a membership for another patron, assigned a tanning bed room and message chair for other patrons. He was very cordial and had the best attitude. He didn't seem bothered by having to help so many patrons at the same time. Before leaving, he gave me a short tour of the facility too. He was AWESOME!!!! He should most definitely get a raise or some type of Employee of the week/month recognition with a gift card from Planet Fitness company for providing great customer service.

Best in show. Good balance of open floor space and equipment. Great locker room set up. Extremely clean. I wish more PF locations of similar size were this good. The locals dont know how good they have it.

Primarily leaving this review because of the staff. They are very attentive and friendly. One of the ladies there even let me borrow her hair bow when I realized I left mine at home and asked if she had access to any rubber bands. It really makes a difference having welcoming staff! The gym, machines and bathrooms are always clean and maintained as well.

I’m older and Love that there are many older people work out at Planet Fitness.

PF - Goldsboro is a clean facility with quality staff and equipment.

PF saved my life after I quit smoking cigarettes and got a membership. I have been going for 3 years. Staff always courteous but... Don't seem to stay long. Workers come and go.

The gym is clean, equipment is always up to par. And staff watches over the gym constantly

Great experience, very clean place

This is a great location and they are super friendly. The associates go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Super clean and very spacious despite how small it looks from the parking lot!

Extremely nice staff they greet me like its my first time visiting the gym every time I visit. The staff is very informative and professional their willingness to stop what they are doing to help is awesome. The facility is always very clean and stays at a comfortable temperature which is very important to me . I'm a fairly new member however they are definitely 5 star material to me .

I love coming here. There’s always equipment available and it’s very clean. Jordan is mine and my husbands trainer and she’s fantastic! She customized two 3 week workout plans for us and was able to find great workouts for my husband to do since he had shoulder surgery 8 months ago. Very professional and kind!
