SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga North/Ooltewah

We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott located in just off I75 in Chattanooga / Ooltewah. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful, modern and very clean. We really liked the layout of our room which was unlike any we've had before. Our stay included a breakfast and was probably one of the best complimentary meals I have had at a
hotel. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and plan on staying there again.

The staff were super friendly and the place was spotless and modern. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in quite some time. Traveled with family of five and the room was very spacious and clean. The front desk worker was very welcoming and accommodating. Check in process was a breeze. One of the best I’ve ever stayed at!

5 stars across the board! It was affordable, fit my family of 5 perfectly and they offered the most wonderful complimentary breakfast spread.
Very clean hotel and rooms. Very friend staff no matter where we ran into someone. We stayed as a half way point from Michigan to Florida and will stay again if needed.

I stayed at the Ooltewah Springhill Suites location this past Christmas weekend and I had an amazing experience. Veronica made my reservation and she did a terrific job at making me feel welcomed during my stay. My shower was broken in my original room so I did have to switch rooms shortly after checking in but she made the process very easy. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere was friendly and the hotel was very clean. I definitely enjoyed my stay and I particularly appreciated how sweet and kind Ms. Veronica was during both check-in and checkout. I will be returning back to this location towards the future. Thank you. 🩷

Spring Hill Suites in Ooltewah, TN was a clean, modern facility. A special call out to Clifford who was busy multi-tasking but so kind and helpful. A true professional.
Same for Sharri and her breakfast crew. Excellent food and service, and my wife and I enjoyed talking with her. She was a delight! Thanks to all for a great stay.

We needed a last minute reservation to attend a funeral. They accommodated us with 2 side by side rooms. The hotel was clean and the rooms were fantastic. Great deal for the money.

Convenient location, rooms were clean and quiet with plenty of amenities. Staff was very pleasant and friendly to work with as well.

It's a nice hotel and has a great staff. But they need to work on starting breakfast at the stated times. I left late one time, and the 2nd time, I just had to get on my way as I had 500 miles to drive

Stopped on our way to Gulf Shores. Found through a Google search, and it was absolutely perfect. Bar/grill had great food, and all the people were so very nice. Room was huge and very clean. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. Great price for unexpected stay. Would absolutely recommend.

I decided to stay here after reading someone's review about the hotel I was looking at. They spoke highly of the experience staying here after having such a nightmare at another place.

They were right! This hidden gem is tucked away off the interstate and nestled between a cornucopia of places to eat, shop and gawk at. You won't have to venture too far from the hotel for necessities should you need them. That was an added bonus I didn't pay attention to when booking. I was looking for clean and comfortable.

The room was immaculate! Beds clean with fresh sheets. Bathroom was spotless and inviting and the coolest feature was the built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower! In case you forgot yours.

*The only issue I personally had (which isn't a deal breaker AT ALL!) But the previous occupant left the heater on! I live in Florida where our summer just reached 107° real feel! Have mercy! 🥵 was a quick fix though so, absolutely no worries there 😉 mama knows how the ac works!*

I'm sitting in the lobby enjoying fresh coffee and writing this review, marveling over the breakfast spread! I've never seen a hotel offer so much! It's usually bagels, waffles and cereal with a few pieces of fruit mixed in. But this hotel has scrambled eggs, sausage, an oatmeal bar with toppings and yes... waffles.

I am extremely impressed and feel kind of bummed we only got to stay one night passing through to our next stop. But I can say with certainty I will stay here again if I'm up this way next time!

Shout-out to Jennifer at the front desk! She was fabulous and so very sweet. She noticed my mother used a cane and offered to switch our room to accommodate her without being asked. Top notch service!

P.s. I had to make several phone calls to the hotel before arriving. Once to switch our stay date and to notify them of our late arrival. Each person I spoke to was pleasant and very quick to handle my requests.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago, just for a night while passing thru. Brian was there late in the evening to check us in and was back the next morning. He had a great attitude and great customer service both times. When we checked out, he was trying to find lollipops for my two kiddos, and couldn't find them. We were walking out and he came running after us because he found some. Great customer service!
The rooms are clean, quiet and there's a great breakfast in the mornings. We've loved both times we have stayed.

Excellent location to all major attractions in Chattanooga. Easy location for using backroads too.
The breakfast is delicious, the restaurant on site has amazing burgers and onion rings and the prices aren't inflated, it's the same or cheaper than going off site.
The hotel was very clean, the room spacious, I loved the walk in shower.
The employees were really nice and very knowledgeable about the local area and helpful with all questions.
This hotel is totally worth the cost, and honestly, a much better value and quality than some other area hotels. You can never go wrong with SpringHill Suites!

One of the best nights sleep I have ever had. Very nice lounge with live music and a bar. Nice patio with fire pit, didn't use the pool but looked nice and clean. Coin laundry, large open rooms.

Marriott will treat you right. After driving 14 hours to see my brother graduate lineman school the first hotel we booked, Hilton Embassy suites in Chattanooga, cancelled our reservation, charged us a $200 "cancelation fee", and then rented our 3 day reservation out to other guests and decided they would tell us upon arrival when we attempted to check in.
We were in a really tight spot trying to find a good place to stay on such short notice and this hotel truly stepped in and up to help us. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. We got a 3 day reservation in a lovely double queen room. The shower was heavenly after such a long drive. The water pressure is divine and instead of tiny bottles of toiletries they have regular sized pump bottles for shower gell, shampoo, and conditioner. I have really long hair that requires extra product and this was a delightful surprise.
Soft linens, cool air-conditioning, and a selection of TV/WiFi/Netflix on the big TV relaxed away the stressful start we had of the day. The room was spotless, and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world. They had 2 different waffle batters to choose from, strawberry and vanilla. Everything you could possibly want was out there buffet style and it was soooo good.
Special shout out to all the staff because they were killing it! The kitchen staff, girl, everything they made was perfection. The receptionists were bubbily, kind, knowledgeable, just superb. The cleaning staff had everything looking spotless. The whole hotel looks like it was built yesterday, you could eat off the floors it was so clean. Thank you all for turning our nightmare trip into a dream come true, I'm a Marriott lady for life!

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, nice rooms, great breakfast, nice pool and fire table. Definitely reccomend this place! We didn't want to leave.

Came back last fall of 2024, and again, not disappointed. Great staff, great rooms, and great breakfasts.
We had a fun time at the bar one of the evenings.
We love this place and will keep coming back when we're in the area.

This hotel was very lovely. Rooms were huge. Walk in closet. Large desk area. Beds were super comfy. Everything was very clean. The lady helping during breakfast (which was delicious by the way) was so very kind and patient. She helped everyone there especially the kiddos. The two women at the check in/out counter were both very nice as well. Everything was top notch! Exactly what you’d expect from a Marriott hotel!

Always a great experience. Great staff and a very well run hotel.
