Food City

The prices are great, and it's the cheapest place to pick up my antidepressants and favorite drink brand. The employees are nice, and the store looks great.

I love shopping at Food City. It's very clean. I love the deals they have. They are very polite and friendly. I love the deli too. They make the greatest broccoli casserole ever. Food City is the best for meats and fresh vegetables. 5 Star

Great local grocery store. Clean. Well-stocked with a good deli section, great flower section and a really nice selection of wine and beer. I almost never have to wait in line - plenty of hope plus adequate numbers of self check out. Great place to make a quick grocery stop

I usually have a good experience here. I did have one that kind of threw me off tho. At check out, the cashier was asking me really weird questions about why my clearance items were marked a certain way and what’s that for type stuff. He scanned one item every 10-15 secs… I was there for almost 20 mins just to get checked out.

Always nice employees & always easy to get in and out of your in a hurry. Very clean.

The Ooltewah Food City is in my opinion the Food City to go to. Extremely clean and well lit, staff are the most helpful of the six or seven Chattanooga area FCs we have visited. Packaged/canned food selection is wide, many brands decently priced. Meat and seafood also well priced. Produce is fresh and quality is consistently fresh. In the bonus round there are serious bargains for FC card holders. The Food City off of US11 in Ooltewah is my favorite Chattanooga grocer.

I love the Food City off of Relocation Way, because my favorite Food City location is the one in Ooltewah on Relocation Way, people.

Organization key everything eazy to find .Fresh fruits ,veggies always perfectly stocked. Specialty items ordered fast and eazy pick up. In store locations I love food city has a big variety for just about all recipes. Or even just a good t.v. dinner for a warm night to relax no need to stress food city has you covered .I like the self service check out it's nice when you really had a long day and don't want to stand in line for a loaf of bread or single items. Food lion always have wheelchairs available for those who are unable to walk, eldar ,maternity ect.. stork ,handicap parking available clerks at the registers are always smiling willing to crack a joke lighten up your shopping trip day afther all food shopping never a field trip. The store manager will even assist fragile shoppers with unloading there shopping carts at there car .This location is very convenient close to near dollor stores,pharmacy, highway, small nabiourhood nice recognizing the faces of your local meat packing and picking food lion keen on there red meats .Great select cuts good deal E.B.T friendly. Perfect for any home meal pepper needs.

Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deli Department Manager, Prep Manager / Cook, and Servers are all competent and professional. Each has well practiced "Active Listening Skills," "Customer Service Training Skillset," and "Problem Resolution Skills." In my presence, I observed each of them handling diverse issues arising during the course of business where customers arrived disappointed, but left happy and satisfied. Words and attitude matter. The people who hired and trained these individuals, including even their parents and teachers, deserve compliments. They did it right, through their leadership and mentoring. It was a privilege watching each of these individuals utilize the strategies and tactics they learned to identify and resolve issues in a productive manner!
