AT&T Store

Carissia was AMAZING!!! She was patient and thorough. I couldn't believe we got our family set up so quickly but she got it handled. Then when we went into the store to get the equipment Blake was AWESOME as well! These are top notch patient people who were customer centric and focused on satisfaction. VERY pleasant experience and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. Our new phones are all working and the network is fantastic! Thank you guys for being a great first experience with AT&T for my family and I.

I want to say thank you to Blake the manager at the AT&T store in Ooltewah. He was extremely helpful and kind helping me with getting a problem taken care of. He made sure to take the proper steps to get the job done. I appreciate all he did!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They had exactly what I needed in the store. Staff was very friendly. I got the IPhone 14 pro max in the color I wanted. I’m very pleased with the performance of the product.

Absolutely thee BEST Customer Service that I've ever had anywhere... I'm 62 and been all over the world and NEVER been treated better with Customer Service.. If it wasn't for the Customer Service that I've had at this store, I would no longer be with AT&T... They are absolutely thee BEST

I originally didn’t have a very good opinion of AT&T until a friend was telling me about the store in ooltewah how nice everyone was. I stopped by on my lunch break and I think The lady’s name I spoke with was Kennedy but she was so very nice going out of her way to get the lowest price for my bill and cared about getting me the best deals. They were super busy but I let the lady know I was on my lunch break and she was very helpful and quick. I will now continue to stay with AT&T because Of this store. Thank you Ooltewah.

My customer service rep was awesome! I came in because I had accidentally ruined my phone so I needed to buy a new phone. While I was there she looked at my plan and helped me find an even better plan for my family that saved me money! I had issues trying to get things set up and she was super patient and helpful. She was THE BEST and extremely knowledgeable.

Hello! I called and spoke to an Amari and a Blake and they were spectacular. Both helped me with all my questions and definitely have sold me on an apple watch. Everyone who goes to at&t ask for Amari or Blake they will give you the best deal (; !!!!

Blake and Kennedy really went above and beyond. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me because I don't know what I'm doing at all when it comes to this sort of thing. I definitely recommend coming here.

Kyle is absolutely the most amazing person, he has so much respect for his customers, I came in questioning switching services but I left with all my questions answered, I was completely reassured if I had a problem Kyle would do everything and anything he could to help me!!! This is the 3rd time I have went to the Apple store here in Ooltewah TN and had the pleasure of Zak taking care of me. Every time I have went to the store he has went above and beyond to make sure I have left happy and taking care of. I would highly recommend you go to this AT&T store if you have any issues. The store is lucky to have someone patient and kind like Zak. I would also like to say I witnessed first hand today his customer service and compassion when he was teaching an older lady how to work her iPhone on Facebook. Will always come back time and time again for all my AT&T needs.

I had a horrible experience with Xfinity so I came to AT&T to get internet at my house. Kennedy was AWESOME! She set me up quickly and the install date was within a couple days. She didn't try to upsell me which I really appreciate! Internet is up and running and I couldn't be more pleased with the service so far.

Amazing service, very quick and efficient. Kennedy made sure that i completely understood everything i was getting Everything down to my phone, and home services(Tv and Internet) She went above and beyond. For her, i’ll be an AT&T Customer. 💙

EXCELLENT service. With all the issues I have had in the past. Jennifer was the only person that took time to help me and was so nice to us. I would follow her anywhere, she showed us what ATT customer service should be like. The other rep was rude and wouldn't help us the day prior. He is the opposite of Jennifer and needs to be removed from the environment.

Glad to have such a wonderful branch so close to home. Went in yesterday, in terrible spirits after breaking yet another phone, Emily helped me out, left with a new phone and a smile.. doesn't get much better than that. Knowledgeable, quick, friendly...on their game and I appreciate it.
