Bob Mills Furniture

We just placed an order for a living room set & are expected to have it here by Saturday! (6 days) Most places are weeks & weeks out from delivery, so right away we were impressed. Our salesman, Franky, was really great. Less shark, more human. He even helped me the day after, on his day off! I'll update after delivery and set up - but we are so happy for choosing Bob Mills so far!

The delivery was perfect! The guys were professional and polite. Setup is a dream and we are beyond excited for our new living room! All the people there are the best..but definitely go see Franky at the Garnett location! Highly recommend!

We shopped around at just about all of the furniture stores in Tulsa and surrounding area. So glad that we ended up here! Lora was our salesperson and we were grateful that she navigated us to what we were looking for and explained how much workmanship
and quality goes into the furniture there.

My husband and I just bought a beautiful rug and dining room table set here! The salesmen were so helpful and kind. They gave us an incredible deal, and we will definitely be returning for future furniture purchases!! They were also incredibly considerate and patient with our grandma as she picked out a new mattress. Can’t recommend them enough!

From the person who greeted me at the door to the men who delivered my furniture, everyone was amazing! They each took the time to match the colors to my home and to the rug! I found the perfect dining room set at Bob Mills. In fact I found 5 dining room sets that are very beautiful for our home. And sales associate Maggie was OUTSTANDING. She was friendly, made great eye contact, she listened and was very resourceful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Plus the Black Friday sales pricing is already in effect. WOW!!!! I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at Bob Mills. Great Selections and great prices. You can't go wrong at Bob Mills Furniture.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. Bailey, or salesman, was wonderful to work with! No pressure at all.. he showed me all the different sets available. Prices online were the same as in the store... no bait and switch. The manager came over and met us.. again ... no pressure. The young lady working in the carpet area was super enthusiastic and helpful. It was nice working with people who seem to enjoy their work and not chasing after a commission. I would highly recommend the Tulsa store!

Very professional and friendly! Cash and his manager did a wonderful job of making everything work with price and financing so we could purchase the furniture we needed to fit our needs. We highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to go talk to the team at Bob Mills.

Walked in knowing that we wanted two recliners and roughly the style. Simon met us at the door and took us to the recliner area and pointed out the high model, but then left us to look. Found what we wanted in less than five minutes and had Simon and the manager work out a deal for the pair. Good service and the delivery guys were prompt and very helpful. Good experience all around.

I had the best experience for the first time I went into this store. Shannon was so pleasant and showed me everything that.i wanted to see and explained it to me (prices, delivery, etc).My mother is moving to the area , so I will be in soon to make a purchase. Shannon is an asset to.this company.

Shannon made my furniture shopping stress free. I was very indecisive which couch set would look best in my family room. Everyone that worked there helped out by calling other locations for color choices, going into their back room and brining out a different color of a couch I was interested in to see if I liked it better. They all went above and beyond to make my time there enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you Shannon and Bob Mills team for being so accommodating. I’ll be back for a bedroom set this coming summer.

The store was very nice. Maggie was the perfect sales person. After choosing a piece of bedroom furniture we just wanted to roam. She was attentive from a distance which we appreciated. Happy Nee Year to all.

We visited the store three times before we made our purchase. Brian was very patient with us & was not a high pressure sales person. Explained everything in detail so we had no surprises in the final price. We received excellent service.

In an urgent situation to purchase a recliner, we walked in the 71st Street Tulsa store at 7:15pm on July 3rd and walked out at 7:45pm with a receipt of purchase! Best part, we were given permission to buy off the floor so we could pick up the next day. They had just what I wanted and it was a completely enjoyable experience!

We walked in and a girl named Maggie greeted us with a smile. She asked us what we were looking for and we told her. She pointed us in the right direction and said that if we needed anything to ask for more assistance. We walked around for a minute, came back and got Maggie for some details on a product. When we told her that we wanted to think about it before making a purchase, she said, “No problem.” She gave us her business card and said if we wanted to purchase we could do it over the phone. That is what happened and we left and are still happy customers.

D'Angelo was so great, informative, and had the patience with me I needed. He gave me advice that I hadn't even thought about. I felt like I could trust him from the beginning. I went into the store just looking. When I left, I had a couch and bed. I'm divorced and it was very comforting to work with someone I could trust.

Shannon is a fantastic sales person! He was great to lead us to our perfect living room furniture and guide us through financing. The entire staff was very friendly as well! Thank you so much!

This is my second time buying with Bob Mills furniture. I had a great experience. Sha non my salesperson was very knowledgeable about the furniture and easy to talk to and ask questions. I'm keeping them in mind for all my furniture needs!
