The people are friendly and helpful. They actually take you to what you are looking for rather than send you on your way. Great location. The store was very neat and I was able to find what I was looking for in an organized fashion. The sales associate that checked me out was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My most recent visit to Office Depot was awesome. I was greeted with a "hello" and a smile. The two associates I spoke to were very helpful and I appreciated that.

I am giving 5 stars just because of Abby's excellent service. She was very helpful, making my scanning work much easier when staples and FedEx refused to assist me. Thank you, Abby; you are a great, humble, and hard worker.

Friendly and caring staff helped me by assembling an office chair I brought. The price to assemble it was $15.00. My back has been really tight and I needed to have someone else do it for me. Thank goodness for the staff and the price of the office chair was not bad either. ($119.00) I know I can depend on the staff at this store because they are knowledgeable of their job and they take pride in customer service. Thanks Guys and Gals!

Placing the order online was super easy. My order was ready within 20 minutes, and I was able to pick it up curbside. YAY!!

The location at 11001 71st St. is the best location that I’ve been to this far Jesse was able to resolve my problem. I had with a previous location with customer service and corporate with ease professionalism and completed the job. My job was ready at the time that Jesse told me to come pick it up. I would definitely recommend this location above all others.

A friend and I were in the market for lateral file cabinets. Todd was great in accessing two of those cabinets which were on sale. Stacey worked her magic at the cash register and Rachel "Muscles" was amazing at helping Todd retrieve and load the file cabinets into the vehicle. Thank you for such great service!

I bought a desk and chair spending approximately $1,100.00 dollars on a Tuesday. When checking out they said my desk was out of stock at their location but I could order one because several were in stock close by and I could have it delivered by Thursday. The next day I received an email that my order was cancelled and had zero reason why. No explanation just they canceled the order and my money would be refunded.
I am going on 3 weeks and still no refund. When I call they send me to a 1800 number because “none of the employees of the store can refund my money “
It is absolutely insane that a company like this can get away with taking money and not returning it immediately upon them canceling the order.

an update.... The manager reached out and made the situtation right. An employee dropped the ball and messed up, (which we all make mistakes from time to time) The key for me is if you recognize you made a mistake and then make it right. They did that and I will continue to do business with them! Thanks for making it right!!!

Way easier that self-service and affordable, the service was great. They help me put my exhibits and court documents together in creative ways that make it so much easier to find and use. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a small carry file holder & could not locate one at WalMart so living in Claremore I drove to Tulsa to Office Depot. Over the years I found Office Depot to be an excellent source for many items I needed. I once lived in Tulsa & frequented this store as it was fun to see their produce. Recently I purchased a small plastic carry file case that I was looking for. I appreciated the retired teacher discount. The cashier was very helpful. Also Elijah helped me retrieve the file box from a high shelf. The people working there are excellent. They are friendly and helpful.

Go see Hayden Taylor at the the memorial location… What an awesome gentleman, I went in to print a couple of items off of my phone for a birthday party and we worked together to achieve incredible results.
