Starbucks

It was amazing and refreshing to pull into the drive-thru 5 minutes before it was supposed to close and the employees were still excellent. It was an awesome experience after a very long week. It was a great SoCal voice (😉) in the speaker and Brandon was great at the window. Exactly what I needed to make the 45 minute drive home. Thank you.

Ordered online using the app and walked right in the store and grabbed my coffees with no stress or effort. Flawless experience.🫴🏾☕

I went inside, the drive thru line is always looking in the mornings and I had time to stop in. The staff were very friendly and curtious. This is only the second or third time in s Starbucks for me. I am very impressed with the quick service, thr clean atmosphere and variety of options available. Although I asked for an item called Nitro that I had before, they said they are getting it in a few weeks, good answer. I also ordered a bagel, and brought a pre made box of cheese and fruit. It was all delicious. Including the hot chai I purchased, and I asked for their largest size because I have no idea of the verbiage they use at Starbucks lol.

The store manager Felix was very kind and attentive the employees seem to like him and store seems to be doing better than it ever has.

Passing through on our way out of Wisconsin and had such a positive experience - not like at home. Friendly staff, and soooo quick!!

Staff was kind, fast, and efficient. One of the better Starbucks I’ve visited.

Best customer service ever!!! They are always very nice and accommodating.

I arrived very early in the morning, around 545. They were well staffed. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I didn't know what to get so the person working the cash register helped me out with some suggestions and was great about answering my questions.

I know most people that go to Starbucks, are regulars, but if you are looking for a new location, this might be a good one for you!

I was already glad to be off work after my night shift and decided to treat myself to Starbucks and the lady who greeted me with much excitement and amazing customer service made me even more happy. My first thought was dang I love her!!! Lol. I opted to only tell her how happy she made me. Starbucks is pretty fantastic!! I once screwed up more order and received not only the drink I didnt want but also the correct drink of choice...For Free!! $6 for a coffee..uh..ok!!

I’ve gone to this Starbucks for years and I’ve yet to meet a staff member that wasn’t friendly or great at their job. They’re just a really good group of people and seem to always work well together. The recent remodel has given a needed and well-deserved refresh to the space. Long lines in the drive thru move quickly. Clean bathrooms inside. The parking lot is a little weird to maneuver in once in awhile, but it wouldn’t be a Starbucks without a not-so-great parking lot.

I appreciate the speedy & respectful service, been stopping here for the past month before going in to work.

Very good customer service both inside and in the drive thru. Always checking if customer is satisfied and willing to fix any order errors anytime/anyday. When ordering via my mobile my food/drinks are 100% on time and ready for pick up! Love it!

Boy they get it right every time! If they don't they fix it immediately. Great little coffee shop not out of the way. Even if the drive thru looks long they move folks along efficiently. Officially now my favorite place to enjoy a latte with my roadie!!

This location is a little bit louder than others I've been in but thats a small price to pay for the staff! What can I say other than they are amazing. I've visited many times and not once seen anyone without a smile or warm greeting. I simply cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location!

This brand new Starbucks is perfect with it's awesome outdoor seating area! And if that's not enough it's located right in the corner of the mall parking lot so that finding a good parking spot is as easy as it gets! Of course the coffee's are the same world class blends made into the richly delicious specialty drinks we have all come to expect from the world's most popular coffee specialists with a staff that meets their high standard by attending the STARBUCKS BARISTA ACADEMY in order to be worthy of the brand which is always sustainably farmed and harvested. Starbucks has always lead the way for the rest of Corporate Retail America to follow right down to their use of high quality paper straws in response to the latest California laws for the responsible use of plastic straws... showing the rest of the world that the only responsible use of plastic straws is to not use them at all. My kudos to Starbucks for being the example for the rest to follow. Keep up the good work of being responsible Starbucks!

My favorite place, my happy place to get my fix lol😂🥰 I come to Starbucks daily I gotta have my small iced caramel coffee, half & half with 6 pumps of vanilla🥰 Great customer service, they are so nice and friendly!!! They never disappoint me!!!🥰
