Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport

Ended up staying here last minute after a bad experience at another Hilton hotel in the area. The garden inn staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Cute little outdoor pool that my kids enjoyed. Price wasn't bad. Definitely saved the evening for my family!

Very convenient location. Was just here for a business meeting but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The taco bar was outstanding and our team really enjoyed it. Conference room was spacious and technology worked, didn’t stay the night but perfect for a business meeting.

Room was excellent. I was attending a company meeting and they catered all of the food. Everything was excellent, and very tasty. Staff was excellent and always helpful. Parking was free, and felt safe. Enjoyed my time here

I went to this location on business and I was greeted so well by Melvin at the front desk. I made it my mission to remember his name because he was a pleasure from beginning to end. The room and everything is good but he was what really would make me come back. On top of the restaurant staff. I would definitely come back.

Hotel was super nice. Would definitely recommend. Wish they had the little round coffee brew pods instead of K-cups though.

We came here for 3 nights with Tennis a team. We may have gotten a little loud at times having drinks before the bar opened but they handled it very well. the staff was very helpful in advising us good places to go eat luch/dinner etc. The Bartenders were Rockstars!! The manager even allowed us some discretion with our checkout time because of some weather delays with our tennis tournament. Great place to stay and a very reasonable rate!

Right off 1-26 ! Clean ! Safe friendly ! Great staff with a can do attitude ! Made our travel thru Columbia awesome ! restaurant good ! We will be back

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport was exactly what I wanted and needed after having a very hard, stressful week. One of your employees, Jalan Nelson, was very professional, respectful and overall an awesome person!!! He makes guests feel welcomed and not like we're just another guest checking in to the hotel. My experience at Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport was great and I will definitely stay there again and again!!!! Please keep people like Jalan Nelson at the front desk!!!!

Driving through after a long trip and did last minute rooms for our group on 9/15 very early AM. The lovely woman at the front desk was exceptional giving service (so sorry I forgot her name but by far the best front desk I’ve dealt with to date), were given great clean rooms in the area of hotel I needed and there was even security checking the lot while we were gathering our things which made us feel better about our items we were moving across states. Overall we had a great experience and would 100% stay here again. And if by chance the young lady at the front desk reads this, thank you for helping accommodate and for being so pleasant!

Excellent hotel! Large room. We paid extra for fog which worked well. Very clean, quiet. Highly recommend!!! Great breakfast!

Had an excellent overnight here for business. Room was updated with modern amenities, a 4k TV, a wide selection of nice bathroom products and was immaculately clean. Counter staff was very friendly and helpful to me and when I had a minor issue with a noisy appliance, maintenance was there within 10 minutes to fix it.

This is hands down the best hotel for price if you're staying in the Columbia area

This was a really well maintained property, clean and welcoming with all the amenities one would expect when traveling today. Pet friendly and accommodating in every way. The room was large and included a mini-fridge and microwave and Kuerig. The bathroom was large and bright and I never felt unsafe on the property. This is definitely our new go-to hotel when we are in the area!

Good basic stop. Could use more signage off I-26 & winding behind airport.
Would be a challenge at night or in teeming rain.
Lots of dining choices nearby.
Clean fresh hotel, helpful staff.
Stayed here twice on either end of a trip to Great Smokies.
Will return if in the area again.

We often travel from home to northern VA, and are trying a new route. WHAT a find in Columbia!

SO very refreshing to be greeted quickly by such a pleasant desk clerk! She knew just what we needed after checking in: elevator, dining room, and they even have a bar! AND while it's small, they have miscellaneous essentials right up front for purchase.

Honestly - I wonder if our room has ever been occupied it is so clean and shiny! I felt like a queen with the generous size of my bath towel. I'm SO glad hotels have switched to large-size shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The air conditioner doesn't even blow on us - and while we didn't need an "accessible" room, our room and bathroom is immense (no doubt partly why the a/c doesn't blow onto the bed), and there is all sorts of counter and closet space for our luggage.

On our drive in we noticed there's a Starbucks and a McDonald's across the street, as well as a restaurant with Mexican food. And just up the road is a Cracker Barrel! What more could one ask for! I know: Costco gas - also close by! Location, location, location!

All in all, this Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport has hit it out of the park!

We stayed here for one night. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and clean. My husband and I had a couple of drinks at the bar that evening and we had breakfast on Christmas Day before departing. All employees were super friendly and greeted us with smiles, even while working on a holiday! Thanks for a great stay.

We were looking for a nice clean place to stay when visiting the zoo with our 2 toddlers. We booked this hotel because it had the best reviews and it was close to the zoo. The hotel was very clean, room was large, and smelled fresh. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative, and it still doesn’t effect my rating, was that the restaurant wasn’t very child friendly. The seating was mostly bar height that had a table, the other seating the tables were not suitable for eating at, just small for putting drinks. The food there was really good I was just scared my children were going to fall while eating or make a mess since everything was upholstered, so we mostly ate in the room. It would be nice since the zoo is a popular place for people to travel to if there was a quality place to stay that was child friendly, but there is just not great selection in the area, and we would not stay at a dirty place just because it was kiddo friendly. We would stay there again because it was well kept and clean.

Such an awesome stay! All the staff were very hospitable, and willing to answer questions happily. The hotel/room very clean. The lobby makes a great area to meet up for drinks or hangout with friends. The only negative thing but also positive is that the hotel is located less than 5 minutes from one of the best hospitals in the city. Therefore you hear ambulance sirens frequently. We still were able to get great sleep! The shuttle service was ready when we needed and got us to the airport in great time!

If cost is not a factor and you want top notch cleanliness with top notch rooms then this the place also very safe location for a family with kids
