The 'Booze Barn' is the second-to-last store on the far right of Food Lion in Westland Square. The name, I learned, is carried over from previous owners - though you wouldn't even know it /has/ a name unless you're looking for it; you're in South Carolina, so you'll recognize it for its three red dots. The proprietor, Mr. Patel, is outstanding. He always seems genuinely happy to see us, and makes every effort to get to know and assist his customers. My son went round recently, and Mr. Patel not only placed him as my son, but sent him home with a gift for me!

Booze Barn is in a league of its own, far and away outshining any and every big warehouse store - I mean, I'm in the middle of my second paragraph, here, leaving a review for a _red dot shop_ and yes, I AM stone-cold sober as I write, thank you very much.

Mr. Patel has given us a neighborhood spirits shop we're lucky to have - give him your business so we can keep it!

This is a smaller store but the people who run this store are so friendly that we go here when ever we need something.
