I would like to thank the staff at this location for being consistently professional, knowledgeable, helpful, well-intentioned and friendly. I have received help when needed, and I've received thoughtful, unsolicited help that I didn't request or expect. I've also witnessed profound understanding and patience in this store. This staff deserves recognition and gratitude.

It was the greatest the help is out going and ready to help.the manager called a cab for me.

Best Food Lion around! It is always neat and organized just a great little store! Friendly staff. Always respond if the lines even look like they're going to get long. What more could you ask for?

I always have a great experience, clean store larger than most always has plenty of checkstands available definitely a place I like there’s only one problem their deli isn’t fully running yet but it’s coming soon

A very friendly staff team. I had issues with a food lion gift card and they were there to help until the situation was fixed. Very helpful people as well. The location is clean and there is plenty of parking. I've never run into an instance where I had to park very far away from the entrance. They are always very stocked

Hello my name is Anthony Tindal me and my fiancee Ms Janice shop here quite often and I have to say we are quite satisfied with the Great price's and customer service from staff here as well as Ms Doris she provided nothing but the best customer service that any customer would be proud to receive. Always have what I need. In and out quickly

Always a very good experience. I love this store. I found everything I needed and wanted. The store is clean and maintained well. I had no wait when checking out and my cashier was very professional and courteous. He even asked if I wanted my raw meat purchases placed in a plastic bag before bagging it in my reusable bag. Now that was thoughtful! No blood and yuk in my fabric bag. It's the little things that make me smile and give thanks. And shopping at this Food Lion always makes me smile. BTW, they have a variety of great freshly cooked wings at the deli area.

Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Everything is relatively easy to find however some things aren't were you would think they would be (the one in Orangeburg seems to have a slightly better organization last time I was in there).

At 8 pm, they were fully staffed, pleasant, cordial to everyone from grocery staff to the front end cashier's and there was no wait. Every department looked full. And they were busy. This store had a team spirit.

Clean and easy to shop. Employees are friendly and always willing to help you. Their customers services is great. Prices and sales very good. As of 8-7- 2023. This store is still clean easy to shopping and the people are nice

Wasn't too busy and good number of registers open. Shelves were well stocked. Even found some cookies that must be popular because they always sell out!

Doris is by far, a HUGE asset to Food-Lion!! I went through her line with tons of the same TEDIOUS items to scan, thinking I’d be her worst nightmare that day. I too, used to be a Cashier at a different FL years ago and dreaded the customer I’ve become, hehe. Anyway, she was great. She chatted and was so very patient and helpful!!!! It’s so nice to go out in public and see genuine friendly people/faces!! Doris needs a raise, free lunch or something!!! Thank YOU, Doris!!! You really turned my day around!!!

It’s my favorite grocery store! So don’t come over here making no messes, and doing anything ghetto! This is a very nice strip mall and grocery outlet! The staff are so nice, the managers care about the store and serving the community! They keep everything fresh, clean and well organized! They are patient and professional including the young ppl! I call this the juke box Food Lion… they are always playing THE BEST MUSIC! I catch customers dancing in the produce section all the time… it’s hilarious and cute! Broad River Isn’t what people think it is. We are a real community! Respect that! When you visit this store do your best to come in with good service so you can receive good service in return! They have some good bogo deals

On this very hot day in Lexington County me and two of my friends had a very wonderful time in this Food Lion's Produce department. We happened to be in earshot of Mark who seemed to know his produce very well. He was so pleasant in answering questions on sugar content of some health drinks and for me and my diabetes - a life or death issue - I found out two new fruits that are good for me and quite frankly for anyone. It's great. I don't usually attend this Food Lion because I am so close to my Food Lion on Parklane BUT I did tell the beautiful cashier whose name is Reagen (but the "g" is hard, not soft.) If you want southern charm with exotic aplomb oh you need to come here. Life is good down here OR at least across the river (Congaree.) Man, I'll get her name next time; she had a smile she uses for everyone that was genuine sincerity. With her at the Front and Mark helping us on the floor on a beautiful Tuesday; you know we got it good down here.

I absolutely love coming here. The employees make me feel so welcomed and cared for. If you haven't tried the Deli's fried chicken and wings, make sure you add that to your bucket list. A++++ Food Lion.
