Friendly staff, easy process, and well explained. Definitely would recommend as a bank.

This location is one of the best. I was standing in Wal-Mart money center line about to pay a fee to cash my check. One of the tellers walked over to me and was like hey you bank with us right and I was like yeah he was like you can cash your check with us I was like my account is negative. He told me it doesn't matter long as your account is open you can cash your check for free and we want make you pay your negative balance with your check we only do what you tell us. That made me feel very appreciated as a customer and I would tell anyone to bank with this location!!

Recently got cash back from Walmart and the self service machine gave be back a half-ripped 20 dollar bill. I asked the walmart employee for a replacement 20 dollar bill and she told me to go talk to Tyler at First Nation Bank in Walmart. I went to talk to Tyler and he told me they dont exchange bills, especially for people who dont bank with them. i don't bank with First National Bank; however, I am definitely not after hearing that. Horrible service. Do better.

Can never gain access to the digital banking portion so that you can pay online and not have to pay service charge. Waited 23 minutes to speak with a representative in the online banking sector and she could not assist so told me I had to drive to the nearest bank which is 45 minutes to them set my online account up I will have to keep paying a fee to pay my bill!

Everytime I have came to my bank I have gotten money orders and they have made them available same day. I do this to pay Bill's. Me and my husband have seperate accts and military and have been doing it this way for years. Today I do my same routine and I am told no they cant a hold of 48hrs. Why is it ok to do it any other time and I've been banking w bank for years and now it's a no!! Inhave Bill's to pay.

Just left out of there, standing in line for 5 minutes tellers taking pictures with the person dressed as a grinch and not even acknowledge me, just looked at me saw me standing there and continue to take pictures. Could of at least said someone will be with you in a minute. So,So sad.

Tried to get two rolls of quarters from this bank here in the Walmart supercenter Harker Heights and they refused to let me give them $20 bill for two rolls of quarters because I don’t have an account not very convenient not very friendly
