Beautifully renovated, but the new coffee machines are weird.

How is a brand new renovated store, constantly out of supply, machines broke or need to be cleaned? Buying coffee from 7-11 is a simple non hassle event, which most that frequent the chain know. I have tried at various times to use the espresso machine, the machine always needs cleaning. That is a message that apparently, I only see. I even asked one of the employees to finished the cleaning for the machine. Make a schedule for cleaning, you all are opened 24/7 you introduced advanced machinery, maintenance is required. Realize the peak times of your customers and use the down time to clean. Twice a day should do it. I'm upset because I'm drinking CEFCO coffee and typing this review.

I don't understand why I'm a brand new store none of the digital payment apps work. Neither at the pump or at the register. Coffee machines are down a lot. Not very convenient of a convenience store.

Since I first started going to this Laredo taco company ~a year ago, the quality has degraded significantly (specifically at breakfast because that’s the only time I go). If the eggs are dried out and crusty from sitting under a lamp it’s probably time to remake them guys. Seems like they make one big bulk batch for the morning now, so by 9 am it’s a disgusting crusty chewy mess.

While Laredo Taco Company's food may be delicious, I found the service to be disappointingly slow. Despite the enticing menu, the lengthy wait times made it difficult to enjoy the meal fully. Hopefully, they can improve their efficiency in the future to match the quality of their food.

i mean it’d be fine if they weren’t tryna charge $2+ for 99cent rolling papers. come tf on lol

Tell my why y'all's rewards is so different from store to store I go in try to redeem my points I ask first cause I had a feeling some B's was about to occur I ask is y'all's boneless wings counted in me redeeming my reward. The cashier no you'll have to go to the small ones not connected to Laredo. Why is it different and why does the SKU/Label &image match the item I'm trying to redeem I'm sick of people tryna play me.

I got off work really late in the morning and got to this 7 eleven around 3:10am hungry cause most fast foods are closed since the pandemic. I enter the door to go over to Laredo tacos and see their menu and noticed there was eyes constantly looking at me. And this Hispanic lady (she works there) came up to me and said their closed.. I mean that was obvious there is a big sign that says that I just wanted to see the menu. Fast forward to me going around to see what could satisfy my hunger that same Hispanic lady and a black clerk kept looking at me whispering. I felt uncomfortable so when I got by the door I said "y'all have nice one" as Iand the black lady looked up and said un un.. then ran to the Hispanic lady whispering then laughing out loud. Well... I won't be going back there based off of this experience

Someone is not doing their job because I can't get a hot cup of tea in the morning 6am because machine is down or cleaning also the person that supposed to make the cookies is not doing their job

Today, Cashier was making burgers as I waited for her to notice I was at the register...no biggie but she was NOT wearing gloves! Yes she continued to ring others up. No hand sanitizer nor did she wash her hands.
