Lowe's Home Improvement

Last Saturday we went to Lowe's to do the chalk board project . We were told the projects got sent to the Temple store. I tried to rectify the issue by offering to go to Temple to pick them all up so all the kids could do their projects. I was told that was not an option . However when speaking to Hayden , one of the managers , he let the kids pick out a kit they sale in the store and said that if the other kits come to the store they would call me to come pick up. Today Hayden called me and said they had some at the store for me . THANK YOU , THANK YOU Hayden , Mel and Reggie for helping us out !! Above all thank you Hayden for coming through so my daughter and her friends could build their chalkboard!! She absolutely loves it !!! Lowes has for the most part been very easy to work with and are willing to fix most issues I've had.

But I love my little stay have a lot more experience people I think than home Depot it actually know what they're doing and actually have done some to work before their people that can actually help you know what you're talking about definitely check them out

Always have what I need for a low price. Love the variety of plants in stock. I always have to go down the clearance section, the Dremel isle, and the isle for craft woods. I can get stuck in this store for hours. The sales associates are always friendly and helpful.

Last Friday Cj in the plumbing depth help me get a lawn mower off the very top shelf. He was clearly busy but made time to help me. Thank you

Decided at the last minute to insulate my garage doors, like, 20 minutes before the store closed. But guess who had exactly what I needed in stock? Killeen Lowe's did!

Love this store for general purposes though they need to hire more staff workers on the floor when customers need assistance.! Otherwise it’s a great super hardware store.!

Today I was looking for a washer/Dryer for my new place. I went to Lowe's and Devin helped me. I was greeted and she went above & beyond to service my needs. Devin is professional , she's knowledgeable, lots of patience,great attitude etc. if you go to Lowe's ask for Devin. Thank you so much

Clean and I usually find what I need. The place is always crowded though. It is wheelchair accessible and the entry doors are automatic motion sensored. It is difficult to find an employee when you need one.

Lowe's is veteran friendly. I bought several bags of rocks for landscaping and I needed help with loading them in my car. I asked for help and one of the Lowe's staff came over to help me load the bags into my car despite the store being busy.

They have what I needed at a fair price the employee's (several of them) weren't very enthused about helping they were more of a point and say in the general direction and I really needed help locating and information

Buy online for curbside pickup. Easy peasy.

I love the place is clean for a hardware store is cleaner than home Depot and the prices are much better I love LOWES

I love visiting Lowes. The store is always clean, only thing they are so busy that you cannot find anyone to help you. But all in all I love the Killeen store. The Christmas section makes you want to buy every thing.

The people there are nice and helpful. I'm glad they allow dogs because I can bring my senior blind dog. He loves shopping at Lowe's too! Plus, it's much easier to get the military discount than most other hardware stores. My husband and I appreciate it.

Store was well maintained. Staff seemed very healthful. Not a " HandyGirl" but was able to easily locate the aisle I needed and with the help of a nice customer I was able to quickly locate the item I came for. The self checkout process was very smooth with a friendly associate willing to help if needed. I also picked up a item I didn't come in for due to markdown pricing. Thanks for the Save💲

Let's not forget the Food Stand out front. This trip was an Epic Win!!!

Every time I enter the store it’s usually busy or someone is giving the employees a hard time. I’m usually in and out in no time! Every time I seem to go in I run into Spencer (who is all over the store by the way!) he returned my items plenty of times at customer service and even answered a few of my questions. I’ve even seen him deal with some of the rude customers and he brushes off like it never happened and focuses on the next customer and doesn’t let it effect him! Truly remarkable. I’ve seen him at customer service, the self check machines helping those who don’t know how to use them, and even outside in lawn and garden! And to top it all off he’s even helped me once in electrical. Spencer is a very efficient and extraordinary employee at the Killeen Lowes and deserves all the praise!

Excellent service...Improvement expert Richard Abbott walked me through start to finish to create this design for my kitchen remodel. He was patient and answered all questions fully!!!

Needed help repairing a fawcet and the employee was able to help me find what I needed and explained briefly some tips to help me make the repair easier.

I had a gentleman help me today in the lawn equipment section Mr. Ram. He works back in appliances and he did an amazing job in assisting me. Mr. Ram also assisted me with the products and pulling up info through the Lowes app. Excellent customer service!
